Just so you know, people get their hands on every new game early. It just happens. Happened to me a couple times, I managed to get Uncharted 2 two solid weeks before release. If the game comes out after christmas you just have to wait, no point complaining about it here or letting it bother you, nothing can be done about it.
 
Don't care much about the intro. It's just a short clip. I saw enough trailers. Tracklist please!

FFS!!!! ignore stupid posts like that. SONY say before xmas, its being shipped and people are playing it now!!!! what more is it gonna take to convince u that GT5 will be out this year?!
 
If you don't want to see the intro, DON'T WATCH IT !!!!
 
I dont really want to see any vids to be honest, im just pissed off people are playing it, and we dont even have a release date!

ive heard rumours there will be a date tmorrow but i doubt it.

maybe on friday? i hope...

You don't have to watch it if you don't want to.

Right now nobody can watch the intro.
If he uploads it anybody can.

But you don't have to.

Uploading it would make the majority of people happy. If you don't want to watch it then don't. There is no harm in him posting it.
 
The intro will contain new tracks and cars.
I say upload and share it!
 
Can't believe some people are disappointed with how the game looks in that Tsukuba video. What were you expecting?
 
If those cars are standard they look so much better than Forza 3...and it looks really good to me...this no those plastic forza´s...:S
 
considering its a low res, small screen, recordered of a t.v screen 43 seconds clip. I think it looks great.

Yeah, in Europe and US versions they usually are.

All I would want is the good and old "Moon Over the Castle" theme for all of them. It suits GT so good.

Well, that's my humble opinion.

It could show decent footage of tracks, cars, weather and damage.

Otherwise it something you have to endure every time you turn the game on.

Only 8 cars? I hope thats an old build, looks like GT4 in high res. Not like a new game from 5 years development.

And the AI doesnt seem to bright. More on rails.

Iam also disapointed with how it looks. I mean, if it were a standard game like Forza it would be very nice. But after 5 years in development the newest Gran Turismo game should look alot better than that.

The video is only 43 seconds long but from what I saw, they are copy-paste straight out of GT4, with no improvements whatsoever :( .
What most amazes me is that there isn't even anything new, not even minor added details on Standards to show they've been updated: no new modelled doorhandles instead of textured, no new modelled badges instead of textured, the rims on those cars look 2D not 3D and a few others but let's not get too long.

On the positive side, amazing detail on the Miata as always with the Premiums :) . Lighting effects are amazing. Track looks excellent. Looking forward to experiencing those things including weather of course ;) .

When was the last time you played GT4?

I think you would be surprized at the quality back then.... It looks awful
