why we hear the snow under the tires but no engine sound?

You guys do realize that these "early" copies could be intentional leaks to see how we react to the game before it's hits shelves. Who knows, we might pop in the game and it might get updated with a new intro movie featuring 5oul on D!splay instead of MCR if there's enough negativity towards the current intro video. It could also be Sony would just say "you can always turn off the intro if you don't like it."

Nope. In a corporate world, this idea would be shoot out the door.
And even remotely, if it did happen, it wouldn't look like this.
It would look much more set up.

This is a real black operation, sadly for Kaz.

From the head tracking Video, is not the snow crunching but the noise is coming from the wheel (Force Feedback from the DFGT).

That's not what I meant. I meant that the engine sound is there, but it's low because he's going really slow compared to the sound of the snow crushing. Or maybe I'm just wishing that I'm hearing snow crushing :(

There are electric cars in the game. And, from riding in a car in deep snow, there really isn't much sound...Snow is very good at absorbing sound.
 
Anyone else notice the Coca Cola endorsement's on Fuji ?. and who are driving the other cars in these vid's because they have names above the cars (same as in online mode in prologue) I really hope they haven't given the AI drivers names like in Grid.

Why are you doing that to me? We were supposed to have gotten over all that, and now I'm looking over a 19 second video in HD. :banghead:
 
those "leaked" copies are strategically placed copys by sony. look at the users. the poor quality videos, locations, accounts etc. all done in advance. look how they are being released aswell.

i also hear from my good friend who owns a gaming cafe and store (2 seperate buildings) that they will be sending a FEW copies to people throughout the rest of the month before the december release. he dosent want me to say more than that. i ONLY believe him because he gets sent pre release copies of games all the time.

Its obvious the sound is indeed down but the noise is the vibrations of the wheel shaking something on the desk its attached to.

Why would Sony be choosing the music for the PD game?
They can either approve or disapprove, the choice from Kaz and his PD team, but GT5 is PD's piece of art, the song list is theirs to choose, Sony would just have to pay for the royalties.

Agreed their does see to be an unusually high amount of product placement on some of the tracks. Was surprised to see alpinestar billboards on the track with Enzo, 458 and 430 Scuderia (don't know what it's called but know it's not real-life). But just sure glad the games done and dusted and all we're awaiting for is a release date.
 
Is the intro made especially for Europe or America?

He has a Driving Force GT right? I think he was holding the cam resting on top of the wheel.
