Any real car fanatic recognizes the need to personalize a car, and make it more of a creation than just a machine.

I'm as big a GT fan as anybody on here, but some of you have your head literally too far up KY's rear end.

Seriously - This is still an amazing game that will define racers for this generation, but the possibility of 800 cars (80%) not having interchangeable wheels is a big issue. Anybody trying to hinder that fact is simply too much of a fanboy to see past their own opinion.

For a lot of us, the wheels are the most important visual aspect of the car.

Still, I can't wait for this game and there is still a 1% chance that we can buy new wheels for standard cars, just not change their dimensions etc.

Let me get this straight. Because I am happy with the game as it is I have my head firmly up KY's rear so far he needs a glass stomach for me to see through? I am not allowed to like the game the way it is without having my head up KY's rear then?

Thats so narrow minded.

I lived in Scotland when i was growing up, traveled from there to the U.S.A, then moved to Toronto in Canada before moving back to Scotland, and then finally moved to New Zealand where i have lived ever since.

If GT5 online is anything like GT PSP, than you can make money real fast. In GT PSP Adhoc Mode there is a chance that winnings will be doubled, trippled, quadroupled, etc. With these so called Jackpot races, I've made up to 1 million credits in a single race at times. Not sure whether GT5 will also feature Jackpot races. :)

I would always do an endurance race in b-mode, go to work, come home and have 1m in credits and a F1 car I could sell for 1m in credits, best way to coin up

I wonder if old Skylines (R32, R33 and R34) are premium as well? Sorry if that has been mentioned before, but the rate this thread moves at its hard to get a grip on all the info!

I have a feeling some of the cars from previous games will have been premium'd rather than "just" uprated to standard so I'd be surprised if this didn't include a couple of Skylines.

i on it's own is always a capital I. A capital letter is needed at the start of every new sentence. So any time you use a full stop, question mark, exclamation mark, etc. use a capital letter at the beginning of the next word. Oh, and it's where not wear. 👍

That's why people want to call this GT4.5. Look at how many of the events are exactly the same.

Well, at least we won't have to dig around the dealerships for races anymore. They've just lumped the manufacturer races in with the rest!

You haven't been playing Gran Turismo series from the beggining have you? ;)

If you had, you'd know that almost 80% of events are with us for consecutive 13 years.

They're all part of imaginary "Gran Turismo World" where those races are held in order to represent advancement of imaginary racing driver (you) during his racing career.

Whatever.
