I'm convinced that the car list is final, but there's something very strange going on concerning the tracks. We've had visual evidence of El Capitan and of Piazza Del Campo (which, despite legal issues, we were told would be in once those were resolved), but they haven't appeared anywhere. I'm not one for paranoid theories, but I think Sony may have forced PD to withhold a few tracks.

Because i will everyone to se how this game has failed on many points. I hope PD read this forum and accept theri faults, you cant be healthe in your head if you think this game dosn't lack functions that everyone thaught would be ingame. I complain as much as i want, hopefully PD will do something about the so called premium car list, also known as a joke.

I think (hope) you might be right. Perhaps the tracklist is all the tracks that are unlocked at the start of the game.

Great news all around Sony's really cutting deep in my budget and i don't care they can have my money.:):)

Love the car list but my only issue is the Veyron is a "S" car?:ouch:
Here's hoping we get the supersport as a "P" DLC :)

All in all great news champagne for everyone.

I saw various 2011 STi sedans and the GT-R! Happy I am.

No Sentra though...

We have a release date! Stop whining and love the game!

Same here, some people seem to forget all those awesome features the game is giving us ...I'm so happy that we'll get the game before December :D :D :D

Im delighted with it cant wait.. now i have the release date i can just chill and not read the negativity on these pages anymore ... Football manager 2011 until GT5 shows its beautiful face

Everyone forgets so fast about all of the features that this game is bringing the table just because "so & so car is standard," or "so & so track didn't make the cut."

Remember: Online (which has ****tons of features), damage, dynamic day/night cycles, dynamic weather changes, 1031 CARS, OVER 70 tracks, the best graphics you will see, the best physics model that you will experience, an so on.

This game will not disappoint.

Damage (we're till not sure about what this applies to yet)
Dynamic day/night cycles - On specific tracks / events
Dynamic weather changes - On specific tracks / events
1031 CARS - Limited selection of western and modern cars, 20% premium.
OVER 70 tracks - lots of variations - limited selection

Just saying like. I just hope they do DLC. I wil spend a fortune.
 
I am very excited that the game is iminent...

I am not excited to be getting all the same cars from GT4.

The run of the mill production cars looks like a rag tag of bangers that just does not reflect the current state of the automotive industry.

Kaz has always wanted GT to be an encyclopaedia of great cars for car lovers. This isn't.

Don't believe me? Just look down the list and count how many are between 1998 and 2005.
 
This is just like gran turismo 3 groundbreaking and then gt4 followed with a little maintenance now we have GT5 and GT6 should fill in the holes
 
I don´t care about premium or standard but look what the competitor has, only for ferraris to compare :drool: Definately keep my xbox

•I am disappointed at the car list, but I'll survive. Hopefully there will be some DLC in the future.
•I am disappointed at the track list, the track maker will make up for it so we should have plenty of fun racing new ones for years to come.
•I will be very disappointed if they removed the YouTube replay uploader feature announced some time ago.
•I am disappointed there is no car livery editor still.

I am sure I will love this game and enjoy it. I was hoping, after all these years, to be blown away. Blown away, from what I've seen, I most certainly I am not.
