Please stop your whining.
I'm conifdent GT5 will be great, it might not be perfect but WHO CARES, its a game.

We don't know how the guy posting the vids has set up the game.
Pro/ standard may be a global setting for all we know.

If you think other games are better please do us a favor and buy that other game.

I think the track generator is a great option. with just a few clicks you get a new track every time... what do you mean we don't have enough tracks.

a few weeks back there was some actual news in this topic now it's just complains about something you have noe experianced first hand yet.

just had to get that of my chest.

100% Agree With ya 👍

I've been trying to find this for a couple of days (Shazam can't find it :(), but what is the name of the classical song in the intro?

Can I remind all the doubters who say FM3 will be better than GT5 because of this and that that if GT's single player campaign is anything like previous versions, it will totally wipe the floor with FM3.

That's why I'm so excited about GT5, because it'll be Forza racing with all the scope and variety of the GT world. Choosing your cup, little mini challenges, all the other modes - it's going to be so much more enjoyable to climb the ranks than the Forza system, where you only enter two championships at once.

I'm sure I speak for everyone who's had to race R1 LMPs on the rally postina that this is going to be mind-blowingly more enjoyable.

(and it's going to look the BUSINESS)

Hey, did they remove everything? Did they talk only BS all the time?

Did Kaz not told us that Nascar damage will be incredible, thousands of parts fly away and so on?

There was something about cockpit damage? Where is it? Premium cars will have full cockpit damage???

Where is mechanical damage?

WTH happened? Really, I must say FM3 is better... Even though I´m a huge GT fan, where are all the features they told us?

The same was in GT4... They mentioned that it will have online feature, damage and so on... And then?? Oh sorry guys it will be in GT5... Really, this game is dissapointing, after all that wait...

GT4 HD with +100 cars -20 tracks

It seems like they put rain and night day in, only to say it´s a new game...

Oh at least we got skidmarks and reverse lights...

What the hell are you blathering about?

Yeah ok I´m crying a bit but imagine if this game would came out in march 2010... Without rain, Night/Day and damage and course creator... what would we have then? I think they put these things in in the past half year to excuse about the game...

Even though this guys are playing an promo or review version or whatever, the tracklist and the car list are dissapointing... But yeah for the mainstream gamer this game is the bomb...

The career system of FM3 is totaly BS, I agree... But the car and tracklist are the finest... Damage is acceptable...

Nah ok I wait 10 more days and judge then... Unfortunately they will get my money, even though I buy GT4HD with less tracks...

It appears GT5 is missing a few things, like tracks etc but it is still going to be amazing!!

I have the same opinion, the game will be GREAT but... with so many years to development... is missing some tracks and cars... I notice a few number of 2009, 2010 cars... for example like the BMW M3 GT2 or the Audi RS5 or the Mercedes SLS AMG GT3 and many others... just some examples that I expect was included...

Ahh.. now that looks like the Time Trial demo I knew and loved. :)

I guess those leaked videos (from Czech Republic or wherever) are mostly in some kind of arcade mode, the physics don't look quite as convincing as in this video, for example. Or maybe it's just the cockpit effect.. the preference for chase cam view in the leaked videos are definitely a sign that we're watching someone who likes a more arcade style gameplay. It took me a while even to learn to stay on the track at any decent speed in the Time Trial, so I guess most people would just get frustrated and give up, with the kind of learning curve you have with proper physics simulation.

Exactly my thinking. Something is a miss with these leaked video. If you brake and turn sharply in the demos with pro physics, your rear end is going to swap ends. Even if you don't, your rear end is still going to swap ends, as I found out with the Enzo on the Ring with a pad.

Yeah I was expecting the Audi RS5 to be in too..
And the 2009 Focus RS plus some others.
But yeah, I'll still be happy !
GT5 could keep me busy for a long long time, I bet until the next one!

None of us actually know what isn't in the game, including those with an early copy; the surface of the game has barely been scratched.

So doubters... get a grip, stop worrying and wait until the game has been dissected by the community before proclaiming it is a failure and questioning the work of the developers.

So far, we have some off-screen videos that are running in Arcade mode to go by.

Can the hell you wait some day's and play the game a couple of day's before you think badly on it?!👎

This is backing up my theory! Arcade mode doesn't let you alter car settings apparently, so rather than the actual physics being different it just turns all the assists on. With games like Forza (only one I've played recently, sorry) it's pretty much impossible to skid out with TCS and ABS turned on so go into Career, don't enable assists and ta-daa, there's your pro mode.

Hey what the hell is up with you guys, to say "wait 10 days"??? I mean, do you think, the car and track list will change in these 10 days??

Not even the Audi A5 is in, one of the most beautiful cars in the last years... No new SLK, no new Golf... No Spa...

Wait for what?

But ok I shut up, Im in the fanboy section, even though I´m also an GT fanboy, I´m realistic...

If they got no Porsche license, why dont they put some new ruf´s in?

Everyone would like to have more... obviously.... more tracks, more premium cars etc. etc.

What people need to learn is that they should be happy with what they are getting, because one hell of a lot of effort has gone into this game and PD would be disappointed if they knew people were complaining about it before it's even out!

Even if there are tracks or cars missing I'm very confident that PD started with a number of premium cars in mind. They will have produced many more with a view for inclusion in GT6. Right now as I type there will be a team of modellers working on day and night on premium cars. The premiums produced so far will be used for another 10 years at least. The same can be said of the tracks. It's the same as with any industry, something has to be held back for the future. GT6 may well have 500 premiums and more tracks, but that doesnt stop GT5 being a revolutionary leap in driving sims.

Very true, but I just had a vision of a bunch of stop animation elves from the old holiday TV specials, making new cars with wooden mallets .......

Mh who cares about premium? Just give me a few new cars, even though they are standard... 90% of the cars are at least 5 years old or older...

Lets only hope for an monthly DLC pack just like T10 did...

Of course GT5 will be a great game... for me the best game ever for PS3... but with so many years in development... it seems like a kind of Pro Evolution Soccer 2008... some kind of redefined from the PS2 to PS3... I expect some more new cars (90% of the cars are at least 5 years old or older)... and some more new tracks... but even with this... IT WILL BE GREAT!!!👍

Well said...not sure why there is differences between Tekken90s videos and demo videos, but in a few days we will know for ourselves. I was happy enough with GT 5 Prologue so if Gran Turismo tops that I will be extrenely happy and have got my moneys worth, flawed or not :)

Sele1981 - why you just dont stop moaning about everything? fot you maybe A5 is nise car,but who cares about 2 door version of A4???
What i see from your posts, you have no clue about games at all..Show ANY game developer, who shows all "cards" before game release?ANY - please..
You really have no clue about how games business working,do you? Then maybe you should try game in 9days first, only then start your complaining?Dont you think that will be fair?
Or just dont buy GT5 at all - nobody forcing you buy it if you dont like it - simple

I really don't get why people are complaining about the carlist. We've already known it for a while that we would get around 200 premium cars (which are mostly the newly added cars). All these cars take around 6 months each to model completely with interior. How can you expect every car that you like to be in the game? The other 800 standard cars are only added in to give us some more variation and are from older GT games, so ofcourse there won't be many new cars.

Also see many people complaining about how many Nissan Skyline's etc. are in the game, most of them are standard. You should be looking at the premium cars and you'd see that they're actually thinking more about European and American cars (you're not seeing all these Ferrari's, Lamborghini's and others?).

I'm very happy with the carlist myself. Sure, I would've liked it if certain cars made it in or if they made certain cars premium instead of standard. But it doesn't really bother me much since there's still so many other cars to choose from.

Only thing I'm disappointed in at the moment is the amount of original GT tracks included in GT5. Missing a lot of them, but this list might not be final so I'll wait till I have the game myself before I'll judge.

You guy's begin to piss mi off!every body wants the car of his father, his girlfriend.....Italians would like more Ferraris,Germans more Audi's and BMW'S......

I'm looking forward to the rallying side of the game, especially challenging for good times online. The level of competition is going to be intense!! Roll on november 25th ;)
