Review copies of games are often limited. It allows reviewers to get impressions without revealing everything before release. The better, more complete reviews usually follow the release.
You're wrong here. Review copies may have bugs and fine tuning to be done, they almost never lack a part of the game (leaving aside play, but that an other story).
In Gran Turismo serie, from first GT to GT5 Prologue, the only difference I noticed between PAL review version and released disc was in GT4 Prologue, where target time of the challenges changed drastically (reviewers played a far easier game).
I think RDK has revealed that you can only get standard cars from the used car lot, this would make a lot of sense and suddenly makes standard cars a lot more bearable!
