That's why i import most games from UK, even with 20% VAT it's still a good deal.
And the Blurays are also cheap.:drool:

Maybe when playing in 3D that grass comes out the screen at you...how amazing would that be?! That's my latest theory ha.

I don't know if anyone has posted this screenshot, but I was bored on my lunch at work, so thought i'd post for any of you who cannot access youtube. I tried to get it mid-screen, but struggled. Here is the said artefact though flying past the screen, looks grass/ twig like to me, but the way it moves must be a mistake?!

unless pd intend it to look like a fast moving plane at full speed that was the first thing i thought it was seeing as the track is an airfield ! we will have to see if it re-occurs at the same point I suppose.
either that or its Harry Potters broomstick :dopey:
 
I just went to a big toy store here in Belgium and they've put out a message written on paper:

Dear customur, Gran Turismo 5 is delayed until December. We don't know the exact date yet.

Mediamarkt said they haven't received the stock yet and they doubt it will be next week..

What's going on here, is this only in Belgium?
 
Jeesuz this wait is killing me , now its even getting worse knowing other Countries are getting theres on the shelves and selling them before the Actual Release Date :grumpy:

Did you tell them its already on sale in France, I dont believe anything in stores anymore I went into "Game" in the uk and was told "oh we dont know when its coming pal the stuff on the net is just rumours". This was after the official release date from sony and after Game had put up an unboxing video of the s.e on you tube. try somwhere else.
 
yes its in sales already , i have a cousin in france , already text msg me sayin that the game is in the bag :P

I didn't say or ask anything, I went to the PS3 games and didn't see it, then went to the help desk and saw a paper stating that it's delayed until December. I went out because I was a bit shocked..
Now heading to another big media store here, Free Record Shop.

sounds surprising for me.... I remember that i bought GT4 i day prior to the release in a toy shop in the Woluwé Shopping Center in Belgium.....

btw dont listen what MM people say.....(counts almost for all countries)
 
Heads up People from Austria ! There is a shop in Eisenstadt (Burgenland) that sells GT5 right now !

My friend just gave me a call, he snatched 3 copies and is on the way to our Hometown. Oh yeah, 2 hours of work, 1 hour of driving home. This weekend is GT5 time ! :)

I might be able to answer some questions later. I will try my G27 and will see what's working and what's not.
Sorry I have no video camera, but I can do photos with my stupid Apple-Phone (so don't except quality).

Oh boy I am excited like a little schoolgirl.

Btw that media store Free Record Shop says they 'expect to get stock on the 24th'.
I'm a little worried now, seems none of the big stores here have the game..

If you wanted the best force feedback with realism you probably should have went ahead and invested in a g25 or g27. They will have the main functions supported to give you an awesome feeling.

i have a 27 and my brother has the dfgt and his gt has way better force feedback feel! he doesn't have a clutch but it feels real solid! that wheel was made for gran turismo. so its just as good imo 👍
 
Tomorrow I'll be heading in Paris for some games stores to see if they have some CE.

Btw. My birthday was 1 week ago, I should have received the CE from my gf, if it came out on Nov.3th ... I know my gf ordered it on Internet so ... I work in Paris, there is a Fnac just near me, with probably hundreds of copies ... But I must wait for my gf to receive the copy she ordered to play ; so not before wednesday ... :ouch:

That's so cruel :guilty:

The game is all over france today, Fnac (in paris at least), Micromania (some shelved the games today, others to follow tomorrow), some department stores...

aaaand i have to wait, i pre-ordered my limited edition which should arrive Tuesday.
 
Do anyone knows if fanatec 911 turbo s it's full supported in grant turismo 5? (sorry form my bad english)
