well a rare car doesn't necessarily ruin online gaming, just make it less vary, try to play an fps online with players camping or exploiting those glitch and tricks of the game, you won't be able to play at all.... here is the ability of the player that makes the difference, give a zonda r to a noob and you'll still win passing him at the first corner...

It doesn't ruin it, but it does take away from it. One thing I like about RPGs is that there are rare items that only certain people have. It just makes things more interesting.

It would be cool if I was in a race and saw a Miura and thought, man, that's a rare car, don't see many of those online.

Instead it's going to be like a FPS, where everyone uses whichever gun is slightly overpowered, camps in the same spots, glitches onto the same roofs, and then I'll get bored, just like I got bored with FPS because it's all the same.

....ok I see your point :D we'll se in the future if this will ruin so much th online gaming, I'm still not so worried but yeah it's not cool if getting expensive cars becomes so easy...

Interesting, you insult others over how they choose to play a game. You could easily have said you don't like the glitch and left it like many others have, but you instead decide to attack anyone that again, decided to use the glitch. Seems like they have the respect not to pick on others not playing the way they are yet you apparently thought different as if it actually makes a difference.

I used the "Birthday Glitch" to get the Alfa that won the Pebble Beach Award, because I really like that car, but I had other priorities for my hard earned cash, like a weeks worth of racing/saving to buy a 787B.

I don't feel dirty or ashamed, and anyone who doesn't like what I did ? Do I look like I really give a damn ? It's my game, and I'll play it any way I like, simple.

It's the discussion thread, and people are discussing. You just don't like what they're discussing. In short, "it's not that serious, get over it". They're actually discussing it quite civilly, so I don't see what the problem is, except for you getting upset because someone disagrees with you.

Strange that for something that both sides agree doesn't matter that there is so much, for lack of a better phrase, mudslinging going on.

Do I think that exploiting the birthday glitch is a good thing? No, and I won't be doing it. Do I care if other are doing it and "making a profit" on the market? Not really.

Two roads to the same place, neither of which is wrong.

If you can't play nice, pack up your toys and go home, gentlemen.

Wow didn't see that yet .. it might fix that birthday trick...or I hope it allows you to save your car setting when you play online etc ...we'll see.

Edit 2: tried to go online but says I need to update the version :$ I just did!!
I try to go online again, same result.

Got done on mine pretty fast, about five to six minutes at best.

Whilst I respect you opinion, I just find this thinking just unnecessary. When every other game gets exploited its nothing major but when someone finds a way to exploit GT, just the idea gets massive hate and "its sad". Its a game for goodness sake, nothing more.

Also, why do people find the need to announce "I'm not doing that" or something along those lines after they make such comments. Is that suppose to make people feel bad?

Hi Just would like to know if the murcielago is the only car that has non functioning flaps ?
The "bat ears" I know the Audi R8 has a flap that works and the sls has one that works just curious on why the lambo doesn't or was I not going fast enough ?:sly:
