Well I'm humbled by your comments, thanks! :)

As for the load cell, I followed the instructions on the website, which were very straightforward. Granted, having the tools is a start, and the little allen bolts on the upper hinge are a pain to put back in (they won't tighten against each other - you need two allen keys, I only had one to hand).

Took me 20 minutes in total - I was being careful :p

Isn't it "Dude" only use by Americans? And your from Brazil? :lol: Anyway I'm hoping that it will release that month too. My PS3 is getting a lot of play time when my nephew and my little sister is playing LBP. I haven't even using it for a month now! I'm starting to miss GT5p, but setting up my wheel takes some little time and am lazy putting it back. :D

Welcome to page (250?). I don't think a Veyron has been seen, in any shape or form, in any GT5 screenshot.

But yea, we've seen this before and discussed the hell out of it.

And because the car was not in GT4 it had to be modelled from scratch, presumably for GT5 standards (Although it's not confirmed).

Hence why the car model looks so good.
 
I think it's been confirmed in GT5 by way of mention but we've just not seen it in GT5 yet. If I recall, when it was first confirmed for GT PSP they said it would be in GT5 as well, or something to that extent.

No doubt the car will be in GT5, Yamauchi said "all cars in GTPSP were ported from GT5" and I'm sure he meant all the new cars, like the Ferraris and the Furai etc.

Unless they announce Forza 4 out of nowhere.

Whatever, couldn't care less. E3 hasn't been any good for the past 3-5 years, IMO.
For those that don't care about gt5, the sony conference won't be much of anything either.

I somehow missed it the first (few?) time(s) around - but it is very impressive.

It is looking in line with a lot of the high-res "photomode" shots of GT5 we've been getting. It seems, then, that perhaps the GT PSP shots were a preview of the "power" of the new photomode?
 
I have the GT PSP photos that came with my special edition, on paper you can see they are not GT5 quality (low poly count etc) and are high res GT PSP pictures which is not so apparent in these scans. Still look great though.
 
I was meaning more in terms of the quality of the render, and the associated effects, as opposed to the assets themselves.

EDIT: Actually, I'm pretty sure I was thinking of those ZR-1 pics a while back. The shots of the "premium" cars, though (GTR V-Spec, Countach, Veyron etc.) were PSP assets, right?

:lol: To be frank, there's a rough approximate translation to Portuguese ( Cara ), and I call everyone ( excepting girls ) of cara, so dude is the way to call the fellas around here. It's natural, just like "Holy Crap" is translated into another expression and many other expressions are translated too. Blame the movies and TV series. :D

My wheel is always set up and ready to play in a wooden support, the only reason for me to not use my wheel often, is lack of time. I didn't play any GT game since last wednesday. :nervous: Total abstinence, let's see if GT5 can heal me from it.
 
Im not one for Getting on the "release date" band wagon ,but why has ARGOS just changed there GT5 date ? (and yes I know it's speculation) .
Interesting ,due to the fact that Argos isnt one for Full on gaming.

I know what your saying about jumping on the band wagon but it does look good for us and i think its fairly safe to have a bit of optimism about e3 and a solid release date(earlier than we think hopefully) :cheers:

Update: Sony have said to us that they haven’t announced a release date yet. They said something else too – let’s just say the Argos date is wrong…
