Nothing interesting really other than the guy drives even worse than anyone I've seen before

But onto what matters, it's the same we heard before, the 3D hopefully is used in an adult way, so to speak. No throwing things at your face or anything over the top, just the amazing looking cars in 3D. That seems to underwhelm the guy, but as he implied, he doesn't really understand the game.

What actually makes me wonder what he was doing reviewing GT5 in the first place.

 👍

Well, we do see 'wind' again at the beginning of the 'ring in the new video. It looks like they have spent some time improving it, too. You can see it at 1:15.

There also appears to be something on the track around 2:36, but I can't tell what it is for sure. At first glance I want to say that it is dirt.

Went to BETA event today unfortunatley camera battery died before I got to record footage of nascar. The car was awesome as it had actual deformation damage and looked miles ahead of anything we have seen of the damage for GT5 except for the trailer. The rear bumper crumpled and deformed quite a bit exactly where I hit it. The other cars had damage like all other previous demos but the nascar damage was on another level. Hopefully someone recorded some nascar footage. I will upload some footage I managed to record before battery died later on today.

Why are it always guys like him doing such videos? I don't want to complain because we should appreciate everything we get, but this time it's not only really bad driving but also it's pretty annoying to watch and listen him talking.

What I find odd isn't that he and many others aren't the best drivers around but they just start filming and commenting without even practising first.
But that probably shouldn't come as a surprise given the comments he made.

:D

"...if my life depended on this I'd have to kiss my kids goodbye..."
It really sums his skills up, doesn't it :D

So, all these conventions make me look forward to GamesCom :D

I wonder if PD, drops head tracking, 3d & move so it can be released earlier.Probably not.

They already worked on those features and implemented them. How would dropping them after they are pretty much finished, speed up the process?

It looks like we will in fact have variable wind.

In this video, at roughly 1:15, you can see dust kicked up and blown away: http://vimeo.com/13797725

In this video, at roughly 1:25, you can see dust kicked up, but it simply dissipates without being blown away: http://www.viddler.com/explore/EverythingPS/videos/20/

We've already seen both versions before, but I believe this is the first time we've seen both examples from the same demo, unless there is something I have missed.

From reading everyones good impression on the GT5 demo Is making me so pumped for this game. I mean this is a small taste and people still thinks its amazing. These three months are going to feel longer than the years we waited for this game  Bring on turkey month!

A little over two weeks until GamesCom. :P I wonder what's going to be revealed there. I would guess the track editor, go-karts and stunt arenas and maybe changing weather will be amongst some the latest news. Perhaps maybe even some playable standard cars.

Enzo intentionally being damaged:

Still nothing significant, but the tire smoke is fantastic. Watch how it builds up and pours out of the body/wheel well after he hits the wall at 2:04

Like I said someone needs to record some footage of the nascar being damaged. All the other cars had the standard damage we have all seen before but the nascar car had actual deformation damage, the bumper didn't just hang loose but crumpled and deformed when hit.

That Enzo looked pretty close, the front end definitely went higher than it would have in GT4. 👍 I bet it would be pretty easy on the 'ring.

I am not entirely convinced that GamesCom will be any different then E3.

I believe everything becomes known about GT5 at the TGS.

I hope I am wrong though, because I love torturing myself on a daily basis. It's why I come here to read and see what coming in November. If GamesCom unveils some amazing things that this site doesn't know about, I might just go crazy.

I still think roll over is disabled though. The car definitely looked like it was held on it's wheels by some mysterious force.

I think the same, the only thing that gamescom will show is the same GT5 demo that we have seen so far,I don't think that they go further that what we have seen on gamescom

which is problematic because we need to start looking for member who lives in Japan(or at least Kanto area)

Edit:I do believe that maybe we will see another trailer in gamescom at least

Well, in the last gamescom we saw gameplay with damage FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER, maybe you should have a little more faith :D.

Also only remains the gamescom and the TGS to show the game and they still have to talk about the tracks, show a NASCAR race in conditions, talk about the online, and that regardless of the possible track editor and that stuff, I think they have sufficient material to show new things in the two events and more.
