What I'm about to say isn't anything new but I want to share my thoughts with GTP:
Today Bogota's Automotive Exposhow began. I sort of skipped school

to go with some mates, it was worth it because there were gonna be some interesting show cars like the Camaro, the Ferrari 599, the Alfa MITO, the Impreza WRX, M3 Cabrio, SLS AMG among others. My biggest surprise and the reason of my post was that in Mercedes Benz stand I found a couple of GT5 racing pods like the ones I've seen from GTP's international coverage of other motorshows.
A confy seat, an old PS3, a DFGT and a big LCD sony TV with an old build of GT5 Demo. I jumped in as soon as I could and picked R246 with the Gallardo (I'm not sure which build is this, but it had the Rome, Toscana, Indy Oval, Nordschleife, and R246 tracks with the Enzo, the R8, the Gallardo, the SLS, the 458 Italia, and the Super GT GT-R. Damage was on) and went for it. I found that the ABS and the ASM were off (and the Demo didn't had the quick tune option enabled) so I was a bit off my already off performance. However, I was decent enought to get to first place before the end of the lap (Unlike all the other people who weren't even able to pass the first corner). One thing I noticed is the better sound of the Gallardo and the rest of the pack compared with GT4 and GT5

. Also, the quality of the interior is way above the one of Forza 3, and if even possible better than the one in GT5

. However, I got quite bugged by the AI behaviour. Cars I overtook tried to punt me in the back and even Pitted me a couple of times, which made me crash my beautiful Lambo and lose some precious seconds. It was specially annoying with the #2 car (Which in this case was an ACR Viper) who really was hitting me in the back in every corner. I finished 2nd due to this wild demolition derby caused by the stupid AI, where I should've finished 1st. After all, it was in easy setting

.
Then I took the Motul GT500 GT-R with R3 Tires and wen't for it again on the same track. I have to say the interior in this car is bloody impressive, the digital readout is very immersive. The car's sound is brilliant and loud, though the TV was set at a low volume and had no extra speakers. The racing tires had levels of grip that I could describe as a blend of GT4 and GT5:TT, it's like having your car on rails but that doesn't mean you can't make the rears light up if you aren't careful driving with no ASM. Also, this Super GT cars handle way better than in Forza 3 where I found the old Super GT GT-R R34 pretty close to undriveable (as opposed to a perfectly easy drive in GT4). Tire physics in my opinion were spot on. I also was able to climb positions quickly (in easy setting) despite having some minor crashes due to my inexperience in aid-less driving and the once again stupid AI. The Yellow Hat GT-R was a pain in the 🤬.
Bottomline, I found the GT5 demo pretty exciting. I'm an average racer by GTP standards, but among my friends and in my country I'm more than a good driver and I found the experience not too hard nor too easy, however this was in the Easy setting. I really hope the AI improves. I liked the sparks in the crashes and the damage model, but I'm seriously hoping the AI won't make me see it frequently. The graphics are wonderful and the new cars are just jaw-dropping. In the end, my friends had to take me away from the racing pods so we could get pictures with the SLS

. That excited I was!!! I'm dying to get my Collectors Edition and try it with my G27!!1
Despite the problems with the driving options (I understand it's just a demo, so no biggie)
