One the news page it says 830 from GT4, isn't that all of them?

Lol, yep, that's pretty much all the cars on the roster in GT4.
So only thing to do is add 834 GT4 cars to the list. with 170 unknown. i guess..
 
There weren't 830 cars in GT4. Only about 722 or more (if you include the special color cars and the black cars).
 
I'm holding off on adding the GT4 cars to the list jsut to see what the actual full list is for GT PSP.

Where is the news item on teh Tesla/Prius/Insight?

It doesn't list any specific models though.
 
The Model S or Roadster were not confirmed. We just know a Tesla is in the game.

Also only 731 cars were in GT4. And only 35 completely new models were included in Prologue. (I'm not counting updates like the 2006 DB9 versus the 2003 in GT4).
 
Well it said the lastest Tesla model. I thought the Roadster was the latest. I mean, I know they've been doing a LOT of work on it to get everything working correctly, but I would suspect that the Roadster is in.

according to the Tesla Motors website, the very latest model appears to be the Roadster 2

and the Model S doesn't even come out until 2011. (but 300 miles! you could do nearly 30 laps of Nurburgring before having to stop and recharge!)

I missed the Focus - any chance of a screenshot?

Though we've seen it before in the E3 trailer.
 
Its the car behind the driving Scooby, he overtakes at the end... notice the livery.

No screenshot, but at the 8 second mark of this video, you can see it right behind the players Subaru Impreza.

Ah so it was a 370Z, I wondered but wasn't sure.:)
 
The R8 also appears to be the 4.2FSi V8 that we already have in GT5P, not the new 5.2FSi V10.
 
I can't wait to drive that Impreza WRC :D
Was a shame it didn't stay long in the WRC. now only a private team use it while Petter Solberg made his own team with a Xsara.

Lastly, it sounds like Porsche will not make it into Gran Turismo 5. As disappointing as this was for Kazunori, Porsche signed an exclusive arrangement elsewhere and will probably not be included. It looks like Porsche fans will have to wait.

I'm assuming you mean the Impreza WRC 08 seeing as Subaru pulled out of the WRC before Christmas... so there hasn't been a WRC 09 :(

Stew - if the image of the Focus WRC you posted is the same as the one seen in game that would be the '08 / '09 model - although I believe the "Abu Dhabi" livery has been in use since late '07. Ford have a habit of releasing new cars mid-season rather than at the start of the year.

(Hirvonen has only had the No. 3 car in 08 & 09)

That bottom pic - part of me thinks its a (wide arched) Prodrive P2. (never built, constructed as a technical exercise by Prodrive to show what they could do if they made a roadcar - it's basically an impreza underneath so PD would have a lot of the necessary info to build it in game already...). The headlights though look a like like the current-gen Golf / Scirocco...

Looking at the bottom pic again I think I could well be an Evo VIII or IX with a bodykit - veilside perhaps?

wil see if I can find a pic...

Also, if the Xsara car is in there, wonder if Petter's current WRC ride will be included?
