Why is the list in the first post yet not fixed? Is there a new list somewhere else?

No, there are still a bunch of 60's - 70's Nissans, and there are cars missing as well. Or can you perhaps find the Impreza and Celica rally cars from GTHD in the list?

It's not a big deal though, since we hopefully will have the game in our hands pretty soon. :)

I don't know if this has been brought up before, but this is in the pits at Suzuka.

Does that red car look like any REAL car model? If so, maybe it will be in GT5? I seriously doubt that is real though. I saw it I and thought I might as well put it up in case it really is real.

@Strittan yeah youre right, havent noticed.

The red car surely is based on a real cars design, but i doubt it really is a certain model.
Something like this can also be seen in GT4 (actually also with real cars like that Mercedes transporter on Citta di Aria, which they originally photographed on the Nürburgring).

For the rally cars I think Strittan means this:

and this:

Both of which has been known for a long time known but I can't seem to find them in the list either.

^^

I agree both were in GT HD, and I think they should be included in the list.

👍

Unfortunately the Impreza wasnt in GTHD.
It was only in a presentation version but not in the public release. 8(
Should be on the list though, because its also a GT5 w.i.p. model like the Celica.

Yes, they were removed because I was cleaning out the Vision GT cars and forgot those were in GTHD.

As for the Nissans, since I can't see the video I can't recall if they were just GT4 with visual upgrades or GT5? That post is two years old after all...

I guess this is the vid:

However, the old Skylines in that vid are still only in high definition GT4 graphics (as I've been trying to point out more than one time) and therefore they shouldn't be listed as confirmed for GT5.

And while I'm on it. Where are the screenshot(s) showing a Toyota 2000GT '67?

That's a yellow Fiat Barchetta following a white Citreon Xsara. Not the most exciting additions, but additions none the less :)
They're all GT PSP screenshots, except for the Super GT Nissan GTR at the bottom of the page, so they aren't really confirmed for GT5.

A bit of a let down, eh letdown427? :sly:

Hold on, isn't that GT5 screenshot completely new? Probably even more confirmation of GT5 at gamescon today.

It is. I was trying to work out if it's London or another circuit, the background didn't look familiar, but then it has been a while since I've driven on the London circuit.

from the news section

When asked about the “interactivity” between GT PSP and GT5, he responds:

“If [the user] unlocks a car in Gran Turismo PSP, it will also be available in Gran Turismo 5.”

Unless something has been seriously lost in translation, it can be inferred that all 800 cars in GT PSP must also be in GT5. Since we already know that NASCARs will not be in the mobile version of the game, GT5’s grand total number must be even larger.

so if their is a picture of a fiat barchetta in gtpsp then there is the fiat barchetta in gt5

umm....It was mentioned in the latest info that the Toyota Prius, Honda Insight and Tesla Roadster were all in GT5. So...might as well add them to the list...I don't know what generations they are, but the Tesla is mentioned to be the latest generation, so I would assume the same is true for the Insight and Prius.
