GT5 hatdred:
-Slalom with the FT-86;
-1000m brake test, took me way too long;
-Lotus Elise special;
-I have hatred against my B-spec guy..... still;
-My cat, if he jumps on my lap when I'm about to win a difficult race.

Vettels were fun, golded all of them with a lot of practice (Suzuka about 8 hours), so I can't say I hate them.

Hahaa, Megadeth pun, anyway, that is annoying, but also golding the rally at Toscana in the Italian Grand Tour special event is impossible, still only managed silver... Just
 
For me it was golding:

IC-1 - 1000m Stopping Challenge
IB-3 - Slalom
IA-1 - Mastering Circuit de la Sarthe (Le Mans)

Don't know what it was about that IA-1, I just couldn't get it for ages!

Golding the Advanced AMG and finding that I got 3 standard cars!

Golding the Eiger in the 8C on the Grand Tour was a PITA and took me so long - but as soon as I worked out where I was losing the time, I could beat it consistently.

I've comfortably bronze'd the 3 Vettel challenges with the pad with very little practice - so I might give them a proper go soon and see if I can get gold (although I suspect my talent bag may be empty after getting silver).

I was wondering if any others have had any moments of EXTREME HATRED against any challenges they have face in this game. I know players love to hear about other's challenges.

Spending a good part of my one hour to play to find a decent open lobby. I think I find one, get in the race and by turn 1...... just riduculous..... 👎 Now that's a challenge.... I have no time for organized racing either...
 
i forget which test it is, but the final corner of tsukuba with the 89 premium supra 3.0

aides on or off, that stupid thing does NOT turn. might as well drive with my hands in my lap as that round thing in front of me is USELESS!!!!
 
500 points after five races. Don't feel like doing last race so I figure I'd skip it. I would win anyways. Whoops, abandoned race and championship. No level 24 ticket for me!
 
It's a fact, if you're angry, tired, or/and frustrated, you'll do terrible even if you spend 8 hours doing a race. So in other words, take a break or tell yourself to relax. Trust me, it works.
 
Money. Only problem I have with the game. And its display on my TV, although that's my problem, not the games'.
 
Dude, relax. It's a video game. Hate seeing people get worked up about something they really don't 'have'.
 
As for me.
I stop doing top gear challenge after many,many try out.
Guess i just suck. :boggled:

And spending cr. on a 'certain' car only to find i'm driving a s:censored: mobile.:grumpy:
 
At first it as the license test in the BMW on the Hairpin at Tsukuba. . . But what really git my rage was the X challenge. i wanted to toss GT5 ou th window. glad I didn't, but was seriously considering selling it.
 
Vettel's challenge and 24H endurance races.
I'm not a kid who has lots of time to waste on a single game.
 
Trying to bronze the Vettel Challenge at Suzuka with a DS3 gets me frustrated every time. I'm not a bad driver, I've golded every license test, all A-Spec races (except endurance races) and all special events, but I just cannot get bronze on Suzuka with the X1/X2010. I managed to get bronze on Nurburg GP and Monza, but Suzuka is just impossible for me. I can manage to complete a fast and tidy first lap but I always make a mistake on the second lap which causes me to fail, that car is just so brutally fast that I can't keep up my concentration long enough to bronze the challenge. I'm playing a non-updated GT5, so I'm having to achieve the harder, pre-update laptimes.

As a result of that, I've just decided to earn the X1 through B-Spec instead, it's much less stressful, more rewarding and it won't make me hate the game. I have no idea how any human can keep up with the speed of the X1, it's just soooooooooo fast. :crazy:
 
spent a few hours getting 15 mil to buy a muria, decide to save my game before i go any further just incase anything happens, in the middle of saving the game, a electrical worker was working on the power box outside, and the power went out. ENTIRE game save got corrupted
 
i think i've once reset the 4h of nurburgring like 12 times because the s2000 turbo and audi r8 would show up when all i wanted was the ctr yellow bird.
 
Power went out on lap 196 of the indy race. Tried again a week later; power went out on lap 194. I was driving a detuned R10 too so I was forced to try pretty hard. No rubber band crap. Finally finished it a few weeks ago.

PS: I dont live in Uganda, we just have storms every night.
 
B-Spec Historic Racing Car Cup. Im so feed up with it. Although now i can go and have my driver use the Toyota 7 Racecar. saw it in the used car garage yesterday, had to get it. now he should have no prob.

-no multiple car setups
-winning helmets and suits, completely pointless to me.
-Vettel challenge. This ones really pissin me off. i only have DS3 using analog. need to try the wheel.
-Not being able to see the color on the car before purchasing, only on that little model car beside it.
-The piontless waiting for the oil changes, and the engine and chassis fixes. Having to wait just that much longer for the car to roll into the garage and roll back out. its not much to complain about but c'mon, they could've made that all way faster.
-those horn sounds are just stupid, should've done away with those and used the extra space to have something more interesting in the game.


I could go on, but don't get me wrong, i absolutely love this game and the whole series(GT1-5). I still own them all and played them since the first one came out. theres always going to be things to fix or bitch about no matter what. GT for life
