"You can't change rims on a standard model car"

This, is what I hate most in GT5. If PD ever let us change rims in standard cars, and I have faith on that, I'll cry tears of joy.

The black loading screen with gtlogo when moving through the menus.
Menu transitions should be instantaneous, nothings being loaded except another menu.

That stupid Vettel Challenge...

Any B-Spec race. I swear my driver is mentally retarded.

Anyone else finds the S license to be the easiest one to gold? I did it at the first-secondish try. Now the B and A license tests are a pain just to silver them.

^ Luckily, I managed to do so after countless tries:D I think my controller barely survived how hard I was holding it at times:nervous:

Wow... I would say it´s impossible, but I think I have no patience to do this. What´s your secret? I tried it three times just to bronze them, and seeing I was like a second behind I just gave up...

A lot easier. The hardest I found to do were the FR cone slalom (int b-1?) And the le sarthe Indianapolis section. The whole way through i preferred the ones that were more like a race because it's easier to judge how close you are to the gold.
Still can't do eiger grand tour tho, that's my pet hate challenge. Golded vettel challenge with a controller (not even DS3) which took 2 months on and off but i expected that to be hard and accepted it, but that eiger event...

Hahahaha ya, I have to use way over powered cars for my driver to get to first and get a little room, he loves to spin out or so some other stupid things.

Anything related to fantasy or wishful thinking by PD. Such as the X2010/X2011, or races with unrealistic grids. Matter of fact I'm currently doing the 24 hours of hatred at the Nurburgring.

This is easy to answer.

My biggest GT5 moment of hatred is the feeling of frustration when you sit looking blankly at the GT home screen, you have done hotlaps until you are totally bored so you then go online to find a decent sim race only to find endless rooms of X2010's and X2011's and people drifting. you then sit there just wishing with all your heart that PD had actually created a decent AI to race against instead of the indestructible train of cars that exists.

I am not having a go I truly adore GT5 but this is my moment of hatred. Hatred is rather strong but it is definitely more frustration & boredom,

Yep. even though it´s hard to admit sometimes, I sometimes get a feeling of "What do I do now?" And I hate that.

To be honest, the thing that I enjoy the most is putting my cars to the test, doing hot laps in various tracks. that´s what keeps me going and what kept me going in GT4.

Last week I came up with a silly idea: I would select the two fastest cars in my garage according to their country, in their own territory tracks. At the end, I would test the fastest two of each country at the Nurburgring to see who would be the best. It´s actually very fun considering that most of my cars are basically stock, so it´s a fair competition.

I have had a few "controller throw" moments, but fortunately I caught myself. With the PS2 you had the cords that limited the amount of breakable things in range of a controller throw. Now with the DS3 the amount of breakable stuff within range has gone up exponentially. I finally got a wheel. By the time I detach it from the desk my rage has subsided enough that I not longer need to throw it. I do sometimes stomp the pedals in frustration though.
