Very well put 👍not quite, Weather, damage, all have been done by other games.. in all our excitment GT5 is still playing catch up, though their efforts look top notch and will deliver the ultimate Gran Turismo experience so far.

Bull****, your not sorry you brought it up.
As things stand Im sure Forza players are still happy to play with their livery editor/creator which we won't have,
Why can't you be happy about GT without dragging Forza into it,
The use of the word fanboys in your post is somewhat ironic.
They were playing catch up, but not anymore.
Name another game that looks as good as GT5, has 16 cars in a race, dynamic weather, day/night transition and damage. I thought so.
Strittan, name a game coming out the same time as GT5 that is this type of game? No point comparing the achievements of late 2010 when the nearest rival is nearly a year old and rushed by the publisher.
I think PD's real reason for not including livery editor is because they didn't want people making a joke out of their beautiful cars. They don't want to see a pink Ferrari with a Pokemon on the side. I am very happy for GT.
I don't care about designs. All I want is the ability to repaint a car another factory color. I shouldn't have to buy a new car.I know others have some of those features, but not this level.
I hope they do still ugly up their cars in Forza. I think PD's real reason for not including livery editor is because they didn't want people making a joke out of their beautiful cars. They don't want to see a pink Ferrari with a Pokemon on the side. I am very happy for GT. I am not a GT fanboy though, as you suggested. Do I love the GT series? Yes I do very much. Do I think that it is the only game out there worth playing? No, I have many racing games, but to me, I always go back and play GT games more than the rest because they appeal to me more, and what I like to do. Do I think that everything that PD does in GT games is perfect? Not even close. If that makes me a fanboy, well then, I guess I am, but I don't think that qualifies me as a fanboy. I mentioned Forza because, Forza is compared to GT more than any other game, and Forza 3 was suppose to be the GT5 killer, but with these new features, it is not even close, IMO.
As I stated in the General News and Discussion Thread, there are no more jagged shadows.

Might as well make that Forza 4.
Of course its not a GT killer, it was released over a year ago by a company run by Microsoft who just wanted it rushed out on a console not up to PS3 's capabilities.
It still has a better livery editor, and Porsche:tup:
And Kaz was trying to do a livery editor but either could'nt finish it or it wasn't up to scratch, it wasn't becasue they didnt want it.
Forza's livery editor does alot more than create ugly cars, it allows real life race liveries that may not be in alreay, that would be a nice little feature to have, but hey, if Forza has it then its crap or we don't need it.
