I did a clean lap I did a clean lap!

Plenty of time on the table but I’m sure like everyone else tying an entire fast lap together is almost impossible.

Stupid tyre choice again

I’m calling this one a lemon so fingers crossed for a worldie tomorrow!

Well, I guess at least I went faster...probably within the first 15 laps...the other ~90 miles after that were a waste. Was only able to clock a 2:12.313, despite my optimums dropping to an even lower 2:11.920. Any lap that had a chance of being good seemingly was ruined by the car suddenly being unable to turn in certain corners that it had done fine every other lap, so...it truly seemed like I was not allowed anything faster. Whatever. This one was fun at first, and then it really wasn't. At least I didn't clock exactly the same time as before like yesterday, but I still was hoping for something better.

My force feedback didn't randomly disappear, so that's good, I suppose.

The alfa romeo TT was a lot of fun. Hope it had a lot of participation so they do more TTs like that in the future.

One and only event that we can use this car...

Again, after shocking Yas Marina, totally technical track - ok, no chicane add little towards speed one.

Not home, going to doctor to exam.

But cant wait to try it - what tires and how much is car cost?

The U9 costs 350,000 credits and time trial uses sports softs.

Now that Chinese smartphone companies are producing cars like this I wonder what kind of future traditional European supercar brands have.

Some bad news - it appears today's update included a change to the API, which means that @crome's magical scraper no longer works and there is no workaround. This is linked to the comment a few days ago about sometimes not being able to see past page 1 on the results pages (but even if you log in and can see the navigation drop-down, scraping is still blocked). You'll notice DG Edge also has no results yet for this event, so they may be affected too.

So, until further notice, but likely permanently, there will be no weekly results.

That sucks, if we are not able to patch something that should be in game from scratch...

Same is true for my plug-ins. There is maybe some hope that DG can play their "we're a big part of the community" card to get PD to reverse course, but tbh I have no idea how official DG's affiliation with PD is. And even if they do figure something out, it might be something that only pertains to them.

What an absolutely moronic thing to do, do we know why they did it?

Sometimes the updates that PD are do are baffling when things that need fixing don’t get fixed and then they do something like this which makes a big difference to the community …

Because PD is clueless.

There's no statement from them that I am aware of, but it seems designed explicitly to prevent usages such as ours, presumably in an effort to reduce load on their system. The way it previously worked was that you could just go to an event page like this: https://www.gran-turismo.com/gb/gt7/sportmode/event/13923/ and browse through all of the result pages, and this worked without logging in. This was facilitated by an API that allowed access to every page, and that API was used by our tools and very likely by DG EDGE as well. Now all you get as an anonymous user is the very first result page (the first 100 positions) via a different API. The full experience is now restricted to users logged into PSN (you can check this for yourself if you visit an event page with and without logging in).

Sarcasm mode: so the good news is that we can continue to have the leaderboard in place as long as everyone places in the top 100.

Dead set taking the mickey naming this car, sounds like something a group of 12 year old boys would come up with.
