Update: Before the GT7 “shutdown”, good thing I got the body kit sorted. Made sure the wheel & tyre package cleared. Put some steelies on it and shipped overnight to Tokyo(Hey, it worked for the Fast and Furious gang).

The wonderful folks at Flat 4 Garage did a special thing. Had a bit of extra credit and they gave the Mk1 the ultimate front clip weight reduction(doors too!).

Got it back, just in time for a respray in some crazy lightweight paint application. Some more schnell bits under the hood(plus, some stickers - I mean, who doesn’t love some stickers?) and it should be ready to go in a couple days, for some test set ups.

Classic Berg Cup look. Love it!

So as i said, i bought 2 more Levins ( will buy more, of course )
Here is one of them, just lapping Tsukuba. It already had sports exhaust and 14" Work Equips

And heres the S2000 i bought the other day, testing its suspension tune at Willow Springs

And here is the N2 style Levin

It already has racing suspension, hot cams, racing exhaust manifold, sports exhaust and air filter, vented and sloted discs and race pads. Good for 151bhp for now.

More on the Neko Racing Works thread:

Snapped this before changing the wheels on the Subaru. The GT-R is another recent project, very small bump in power, mostly suspension and brakes. Super fun.

Got this oldie but goodie ready to go. Ill try to use the specs from Assetto Corsa Competitizioni. We can add Stage 4 weight(for a minimum of 1281kg), but the race car is around 1400kg.

Also, building a couple CSLs. One to fit vintage Trans-Am until, hopefully, we get a 2002 turbo or tii and the other I have a lightly breathed on Alpina version. Fully adjustable suspension, sports clutch & flywheel, sports air cleaner, semi-race exhaust and sports brake pads only. Playing with tyres to see what the balance is like. A separate CSL, I’m keeping stock.

Edit: A bit of info of the ETCC CSL

The Evo is coming together nicely now. It's starting to look like a time attack car!

I next went down the route of weight reduction and aero, using plenty of carbon fibre in the process. I also fitted a roll cage which I painted bright red. Lastly I fitted a cat-back exhaust with a cone filter to get a little closer to 300BHP. I also put some stickers on, and I liked @05XR8's Ford Focus so much, I might have slightly ripped off the window numbers on his Ford Focus...

Going back to Tsukuba, the car felt much more planted, especially in the final corner. I managed a 1:03.9 after a short session.

Looks stunning, only the fake vent ruins the rear in these pics. Wish they'd make more custom parts for the cars

I have to ask, does Widebody kits affect performance in any way especially handling ? I tried to stay away from them since I like most of my cars look the way they are but there is a car that I have a problem with.

It depends on what car, for some the change is negligible, like the mk3 Supra, but some like the Lamborghini Murcielago become extremely stable wand have good handling with a body kit.

I’m making a rally/off-road Audi TTS. I’ve pretty much only added a widebody, small wing, and done a lot of weight reduction. Next step is upgrading brakes, then suspension.

PP700 Ferrari F8 Tributo with SS tires - 561 hp/2937 lbs (currently)

It's not easy to use but I'm enjoying tweaking the setup after each race to see what happens.

Inspired by the Rally Audi above, I decided to try making my own unlikely rally car, using a 1997 Supra as the starting point. I began by cranking the ride height to the maximum and fitting some dirt tyres. Needless to say, the car was wayward and difficult to control, but it managed a 1:36 at Colorado springs. Despite unrealistic physics and the jumps still being terrifying, I have been enjoying the rally side a little - I just wish there were more tracks (narrower too).

My rally Supra has had more work - weight has been stripped out to around 1230kg and power's been boosted to around 380bhp. It's also had a close-ratio transmission fitted and an anti-lag system so lap times around Colorado springs are down to around 1:30. More importantly, there have been stickers added.

I got the rally Audi wrapped!
