Here you go. Separated the outlines from the cutout on the first two, in case you want to color code the outlines.

Edit: haven't tested these in game. Lemme know if there's any issues.

Would like to get these under 15kb in SVG format.

Maybe you could try this nifty online generator and vectorize the results to svg? If you have trouble vectorizing, post here for further assistance.
