When in the game to the bridges open so you can cross them with out getting a 6 star wanted rating!! So far ive completed just over 20% of the game(only really started playing it often recently) and i would like to know when i can cross them, anyone know???
at the momant i am stuck on the one where to are sniping ontop of the building and you have to protect this guy, does anyone have any advice on how to do it???

For your mission...
Luck of the Irish
Mallorie introduces Niko to Elizabeta, who then introduces Niko to Patrick McReary, a guy she's setting up a deal for. Elizabeta doesn't trust the guys that Patrick will be dealing with, so she wants Niko to act as his "guardian angel" and make sure that nothing goes wrong. The deal is taking place at Joliet Street, and Patrick has left a rifle on the roof of the place next door.
Go to the building in South Bohan, and then go up to the roof and collect the sniper rifle that Patrick has left for you. Stay crouched and watch over the deal using the sniper rifle. About 25 seconds after the cutscene, the dealers begin to shoot at Patrick and his associate. Zoom in with the sniper rifle and take out all of the attackers. Take your time with each shot and deal with one person at a time.
One of the attackers gets in a tussle with Patrick, so snipe him, and then three more attackers will arrive. Once you have taken out the three attackers, the last attacker will attempt to escape in the van. Snipe him through the windshield to complete the mission. Afterwards, Niko calls Elizabeta to let her know that Patrick is safe. She invites you back to her apartment for more work.
You can play darts at least 2 places (Steinway Beer Garden and at Lucky Winkles)
The answer to my question should be dead easy by now as (AFAIK) there's only 2 places for dates marked with the "club" icon (the disc) and 1 (Jerkov's) has already been eliminated.
Oh yeah I remember that place. Toke Kiki on our first date there. Got drunk, and while she was drunk getting into the right side of the car, she fell and got ran over.
I think this question is kind of multiple answer, it appears Roman has owed to Faustin, the Russian Mafia, the Albanians and Vlad. I imagine there's probably more which haven't been mentioned yet due to Romans lifestyle choices.
