The Altruist Camp deathmatch area has baseball bats as a weapon spawn. Forget the name of it.. starts with a C and is 2-4 players.

Man, i wish there was a surefire way to get a bounty (not needing to steal a multitude of cars or ask a guy to 'help' you). Gives me a good reason to actually go to public rooms.

Go into a lobby, find the highest ranked player and put a $1000 bounty on them and usually they will respond in kind. I do it all the time just to provoke a player into putting a bounty on me, when I do it though I usually go into passive mode as it's funny watching noobs trying to kill me in passive mode. 👍

How do you go in passive mode while having a bounty when I can't access passive mode when I have a bounty?

After I place a bounty on someone, I go into passive mode and usually whoever i'm provoking will not check to see I am in passive before they put a bounty on me.

It'll be a matter of time before one of the 'noobs' get smart and use vehicles as weapons since passive mode can't protect you there.

Trust me, I know all the tricks they try and nobody has managed to kill me in passive mode when I have a bounty. And as of now, I have had 2,711 bounties placed on me in GTA Online. 👍

The fact that there's no timeframe mentioned is relevant actually.

And yes I am well aware of the two different developers.

I would like a new update soon but that tweet didn't say anything.

I wouldn't even call it a glitch, I'd call it a harmless thing that R* will hotfix . I was hoping it'd stay above water and you could use it as a surfboard.

That's one of the reasons R* annoys me, they find people doing some harmless glitch, and they patch it and ruin peoples fun and leaves a bad taste in people's mouths.
 
Didn't R* say that if they patch a "just-for-fun" glitch, and the community was annoyed, they would put it back in the game?

Nope. They said they wouldn't remove harmless glitches, but they still did and will.

Only a matter of time before the fix the lower car method.

Then just go to your very own private server where no one besides friends can join. At that point you get free money for the bounty. ;)

Plus, all you need to do to protect yourself from vehicles is stand on a spot that they can't reach. Then watch them rage as you watch their futile attempts from the safety of a flowerbed. :trouble:

Or go into your own private server and go anywhere and do anything you want because no one can touch you. That way you don't have to just stay in one spot while you wait for the bounty to expire.

Wait, we're talking bounties now? I thought it was impossible to go passive if there's a bounty on you?

Both. If you go into your own private lobby while having a bounty, no one will ever be able to kill you and take the bounty. Been like that since the game released.

Also no need to be in passive mode if you are in your own private lobby. You are free to go wherever and whenever you want with no penalties. You can even set up a private server with friends only or club members only.

Actually, it is possible to go into passive mode if somebody put's a bounty on you, although it does require you to leave the session and have a second character but possible.
