GTA Online Thread (Useful Links in OP)

Still can't login. I've heard PSN is back up, but going back down at 2:45am (EST I'm guessing) until 6am.
 
I try to get on the game for the first time between all this celebrating and crashing and the only reason to go online - the snow - is gone. For fox's sake...

Well, this is a load of 🤬. I accidentally blew up my Sultan while trying to rob an armored car. Now I can't find it! I called MMI multiple times and it gives me the same bull:censored: response that all of their operators are online. I check my mechanic list, sure enough, it still shows up but says it's destroyed. I actually check the garage and it's not there. If it was impounded, it would tell me, and show up on the map, right? I'm 99% sure I insured the car.

Great game, R*. It's not like I spent a lot of money upgrading the car, or trying to have fun with said car in the snow which won't last forever, and I'm dirt poor right now, so I can't modify one I find on the road, or actually PURCHASE one (Hint hint).

I once lost my fully modded Carbonizzare on the day that the hacked money was removed. That was when I legitimately shouted ''BULL:censored:'' out loud.
 
Sooo.. I was chasing a crate and my chopper exploded for no reason.. i get a few feet from the crate and notice a few randoms nearby. They get to the crate first and then someone gives me financial diarrhea as I crap out $336000.... WIN??!!
Considering a Furore GT since it's rarely seen online (likely due to the fact that better performing cars are less in price)

I've come across this issue. I resolved it by destroying a second insured car, then selecting the insurance option to claim all destroyed vehicles.

Thats how i lost my Merryweather Jeep, and a Sultan :\

The Furore GT is useless. No customization, not a good performance car, and an utter waste of half a million dollars.

I dunno. I don't think it requires customization to look good.

Besides, it's rare. I've never seen one aside my own.

The lack of options has been the reason I haven't gotten one so far.
But I do agree with SomePlayaDude on it being rare and I like driving cars that are outside the norm.(I also drive a Zion Cabrio and Oracle XS regularly)
Plus the car itself is pretty sexy and has a decent sound. I would most likely cruise around in it and do missions solo in style.

Innovation isn't a bad bike.
I had all the cruising bikes at one time and it was a pretty sweet looking garage.
-Sovereign (repainted)
-Bagger(Bobber style)
-Daemon
-Hexes
-Innovation
 
I got the Furore GT and I quite enjoy it.
That character already had a Coquette, Alpha, Jester, Massacro, and Elegy in the sports class as well as a Sultan and Futo.
 
Honestly when I get next gen I'm just gonna get a Khamelion. Looks really similar to the Furore (but IMO is better), is also not very good in races, and is a lot cheaper...

We should be compensated.

People who wanted to see snow and enjoy the holidays on GTA couldn't if they didn't get GTA until Christmas, and if they are playing on the PS3 or the PS4.

The snow should be extended until the 1st or 2nd of January.
 
The snow should be able to be accessed by us whenever we want. :grumpy:

Also, screw Dom. He shouldn't even be allowed on YouTube anymore.
 
I was really hoping to go online, get some special crates with the help of crew members, and have a good time. Apparently the PSN servers are down again... for maintenance. This is ridiculous. Sony better be installing major infrastructure upgrades.
 
I'll be honest, I have an Asterope and enjoy it. I also have *almost* every storeable vehicle in the game, so that isn't a powerful statement in itself. The Asterope handles very well, and because of it's narrow body the car works well for hammering down the sidewalk and getting anyone chasing you tangled up in the light/phone poles that the Asterope can fit between easily. It does have limited modifications and power, so I can understand its lack of appeal for many, however.
