How do Ammunation discounts work? I get a 1% discount on everything and I'm at level 114. How do I increase the discount?

You have a .50 caliber rifle. A helicopter is not a problem. :p

A slow-firing, bolt-action rifle that only has 6 rounds per magazine, versus a carbine rifle with 30 rounds per magazine... The odds are against you unless you can make the first shot on the pilot, or kill the gunners before they kill you.

Get commended by other players. It also applies to other non internet transactions.

Thankfully I live with a permanent 5% discount.

It's a semi automatic rifle.

I wonder if it's possible to get a 100% discount (IE: Free). I guess I'll be commending other GTP'ers and my friends whenever I see them from now on.

I'm pretty sure something like 15% is the max, though I could be wrong
 
Finally reached my goal of level 120. Only took 11 days :lol:. I also heard that heists are coming to consoles on Feb 24th but after reading around it seems to be unfounded. I honestly believe that heists will be released on consoles with the PC release or before. For that reason I'm not going to buy anything so I can splash out on the new vehicles and weapons.

Heists will be out "Early 2015". That's all anyone outside of R* knows.
 
R* said that heists will be out before the PC version, but I doubt that. I'm thinking they're getting released at the same time.

I don't remember them saying they would be out before PC version, just that Heists would be out in Early 2015 (Which could be up to 3 months away)

This is, word for word, what R* said regarding heists when the heists trailer was released

GTA Online Heists are coming early in 2015 - check out the new trailer for the four-player co-op mode for Grand Theft Auto Online that allows players to plan, prepare and execute multi-tiered Heists across Los Santos and Blaine County. These will require tight communication and coordination, with players taking on specified roles at each point to accomplish multiple objectives on the way to each Heist’s epic finale. Featuring new gameplay, new vehicles, new weapons, new clothing and much more.

The clerk is too slow at emptying the register and shooting a launcher inside the store gets them away from the register without a 3* wanted level

Get on the mic and yell. If you don't want to, just grab a AA-12 (Assault Shotgun) and shoot up the shop.

If you don't want to use the AA-12 and don't want a big wanted level, knock the guy out.

If you don't want to deal with cops, don't rob stores.... buy something. Contribute to your community :p
