It would be a lot better to say that $50 of your payment towards the Play -op... almost said it :sly: - would be used as payment for the servers/ research. I would gladly pay it. BUT ONCE.

Don't dress up P+ and make it mandatory. I hate it. I tried it once and I didn't like it.

You can play the game while it's being downloaded.... pointless feature. My internet is pretty fast.
You can store up to 1GB on the cloud..... I don't want a cloud.
You can download a free game every month... not interested.
You can download tonnes of offers..... not interested. Most of the games offered online, I have a physical copy of.
You can participate in free trials.. not interested in Indie Games.
Your system downloads updates without you needing to be there... I'm ecofriendly :P I try to conserve power.

Seriously though.... Playstation Plus was great as an option. LEAVE IT AT THAT. Becoming more and more like Microsoft.

Well good for you. You can use the same membership across all of your systems. Obviously, the pros outweigh the cons with P+ but I'm just peeved that P+ is now mandatory.

I have been considering a PS4. As a PS+ user, it won't affect me paying for online. But I can't say I'm happy with it at all with it being mandatory. That was one big thing that turned me off of the Xbox systems.

That was a big turn off with a lot of people. I found it weird how pride got in the way of decisions.

I've traveled all over the world and people with XBOX's tend to be American. I asked an American why he chose the XBOX over the PS3, with the PS3 having more exclusives and generally being cheaper, he told me "because it's American". Others chose it over the PS3 because of the HALO franchise or the Gears of War franchise but most said "because it's American". When I would contest their decision they would give me the "classic" example of Public Bathrooms vs. Private Bathrooms.
 
Honestly, I can go on YT right now and search for COD on XBOX and just listen to the scandals. A guy is pretending to have sex, another is trying to pick up a girl with cheesy lines, another is swearing his head off.... a 5 year old is cussing you out....

It's the preferred system for asshats for sure. My experience on GTA on the Xbox made me rush right to the store and buy the game on PS3.

Anyways, Got a special crate yesterday thanks to @E28. The T-shirt was slightly disappointing though.

Yeah, I thought the Flash FM was uninspiring, but then I got the Fever 105 FM. Looks like it was done by a 12 year old.

The radio shirts from the San Andreas crates are infinitely better.
 
Something awesome happened to me yesterday on GTAONLINE. I was riding in my Sultan RS when my friend asks where I got it, so I get a Maverick and head to Paleto Bay. On my way there we go over the prison and I hear a beep, a hydra is locking on with missiles, I see a red jet icon on my radar. I raise altitude and spin, I somehow evade the missiles, he tries to kill me with cannons and then he rams me and somehow his jet blow-up and my chopper is completely fine! I was the most awesome thing I had ever done on GTAV.

I got a Flash FM one, barely. I was waiting at the airfield for it and it appears 2 minutes away, I fly there in my Frogger and pick it up, I finish off the mercs and then a Mallard and Entity start shooting, not 30 seconds after I get the crate. I kill the plane and run to my upgraded Lampadati Felon. He chases me, we get on Route 68 and he starts throwing bombs, first one goes over me, and he blows himself up with the second.

There seems to be a big problem with aircraft ramming. I've slammed different types of planes into helicopters and I've always blown up, but the helicopter survives, although critically damaged forcing them to land. Still, the pilot and occupants are safe. :confused:

I've also been rammed by a Luxor while flying a Titan and I survived, but critically damaged.

My Maverick was fine, not even smoke
 
There are a lot of things I hate about racing in this game:

- Custom vehicles activated.
- Slipstream on.
- The inability to filter these out when choosing to join a race.
- Absurd tracks with a huge amount of jumps designed for the sole purpose of making the race a crashing fest.
- People who feel the need to absolutely 🤬 wait until the lobby is full to launch a race.
- And of course, people who spin you out at the beginning of a race.

Oh, and I also despite Team Deathmatch games where the level of players is uneven, and custom weapons are on, ending up with being 2 guys with normal pistols against 3 guys with rocket launchers. Well done, Rockstar.

Shame these are going to be around forever.

No, seriously - nothing will change the minds players like this. They're everywhere and they're completely unavoidable unless you decide to only race with friends.

The only complaint I've had recently was the small freeze up I get every time I press down twice to make the mini-map... well, bigger. It never happened before the LTS update, but now it has been doing it every time and it's the most annoying thing. As someone who likes to view the bigger map frequently (especially in a public lobby), it makes online almost unplayable for me.
