I don't have any issues. I'm invincible to others in passive mode. But like he said, are you on current gen or previous gen?

Passive mode needs to work on bicycles, too. I like to run around in passive mode on free roam and annoy people that are in huge gunfights.
Also, has anyone else experienced this: Sometimes, when I exit a vehicle in passive mode, for whatever reason it automatically disables itself and I see the countdown timer. I didn't disable it. Is this because my character has a high mental state, or yet another bizarre glitch on PS3?

I have decided on the Entity XF, after trying it, the Infernus, the Turismo, and the Adder.
Infernus was lacking the grip I want.
Turismo was a little loose when it was being pushed hard.
Adder was heavy as hell.
Zentorno had under steer and characteristics I don't like about its handling.
Around Cutting Coroners, the Zentorno clocked the best lap, but the Entity had the best average. I liked its handling the best as well. Looks went to the Infernus, but...

Well, since you asked:
The Weazel Plaza garage is where my only apartment is, so it's mostly filled with the cars I use most-frequently in public lobbies.
Behind the landscaper-special Sadler is my Emperor.
The exception to the rule would be my Granger, which is stored at the cheapest ten car garage along with the other cars that I usually only take out in more relaxed settings.
The third garage is a hodgepodge of random stuff I've collected recently, but it also houses modifed NPC cars for later resale.
Don't mind the Rancher, I accidentally drove it in.
