GTA5 online on Xbox series X problems

Just got the series x version of GTA online. Not too happy/confused. There doesn't seem to be an option to go solo or have an invite-only session. It sends you straight into the full online version with other players. Also I cannot find the "Jobs" section on the menu - the section where you can play either Rockstar created races/jobs or your own from the Creator. The Creator itself works OK, and made one test race, but can't access it, or any other race/jobs, in the main online game.

To get to a solo or invite-only, I believe you need to load into a lobby, press start, and find new session; tmu, that's where Rockstar moved it. As for the "Jobs", I've read they're under "Quick Jobs" now.
