Considering that they are the same size as the stock wheels and the amount of sedans made in the 90s with fake wire hubcaps, it's not that bad.

I think someone said a while back that you need to go to your gallery while in-game via the pause menu, then manually select which ones you want to upload to the Social Club.

The problem is I want to sell my Mesa but I can't because it's a merryweather vehicle and has 100k in mods on it. Maybe gonna get rid of my Innovation as I don't use it that often, tough choises.
