How do you do these photos from the missions?

How do you do these photos from the missions?

Just record the gameplay using the rockstar editor. Play the mission as you would then after go through the clips and take your desired screenshots.

Empty spot reserved for the Slamvan2, if we ever get it.

MW Mesas might not be the best offroad, but they sure look cool.

I've had both of those(open top & hard top) Mesa's since early in the ps3 days, when you could keep them after missions. Both body styles of the Sandking, just because. No desire to ever sell any of those 4 trucks.

(yeah, didn't work too well)

Saw these people having a chat, thought it made for cool photo.

One of my favorite pics I've taken in this game.

Later I decide to take the Rebel out. Started off pretty poorly. Got embarrassingly stuck.

Luckily some people left their vehicle unattended nearby so I borrowed it to give the Rebel a good few hits in the right direction. People in Los Santos are so unknowingly nice.

Then I went to go take a pic of the sunset and well...

Whoops.

Luckily my mechanic had got my truck fixed by now and was able to bring it out. Wish he would have told me the several thousand dollar towing apparatus I got installed is just cosmetic. I sure hope my insurance covers this.

Great shots @Marcus Garvey, really like the Moonscape one.

Thank you, I'm glad you enjoy it. I really like how the game captures the movement of time and weather in the world better than I've seen anywhere else. The lighting on the mountain contrasting with the dark trees came out great and the presence of the moon give it a bit of conflict. Looking at the shot it almost feels 'cold' or 'crisp' to me, if a picture can evoke such a feeling.

I spend most of time in GTA either cruising around by boat or standing in the same place for long periods of time just watching the world move and the time change when I'm not landing planes in odd locations. This has allowed me to come across some unique lighting and weather occurrences in the past by just being in the right place at the right time. All of my shots are taken directly from snapmatic with zero editing as well, although from time to time I will use one of the in-game filters such as b&w or sepia for some shots.
