Thanks Joe, what does "AC" mean please? I cannot find anything about that edition. Also, do any of you know if that game is available ONLY in digital form as a download or can we purchase the game on disc. Thanks Geezers,, still wondering how I can play both games BUT we'll see. GTS is the only one I'm buzzed up about - sure hope we're not disappointed.
Assetto Corsa

Thursday Rock'n Chair Open at 12:00 Eastern

We'll be using the Subaru VIZIV GT Vision Gran Turismo fellas. With oil change 611pp, 651hp, 1380kg, 2.11kg/HP. We'll start at Indy Road Course for 9 laps and go from there. As always, default with an oil change, please add RACING Brakes. Sport Soft tires.

Update 21Sept17, fellas, I won't be able to host today, have a Grand daughter in the hospital, she fell and is having knee surgery this morning. She's OK but needs her Grandma and Grandpa there. Sorry.

22Sept17 - Thanks so much fellas for all the WELL Wishes,, you gents are awesome! She had an ACL procedure done and it went very well. The folks at the hospital said it is quite unusual for a 16 year old girl to tear the ACL in her knee, but she's very active, was running laps at her High School track, got her feet somehow tangled and fell just right to rip that tendon. (FYI - ACL - Anterior Cruciate Ligament: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anterior_cruciate_ligament_injury). Once the pain goodies they injected at the surgery site wore off she now knows what pain really is. The oral oxycodone is finally kicking in and she's much more comfortable. 6 weeks of PT and she should be in pretty good shape. I'm going to take just a minute more of your time - she's already taking Advanced Placement classes and is attending her first year at Washington State AND her junior year High School classes. We're a pair of pretty proud Grandparents. Thanks again guys and I'll see yas tomorrow morning for our Saturday Geezer races!

Hi geezers. Everyone ok? I start to take a look at PC2. At the beginning I found confusing to use but now I can move around pretty easy but still suffering with adjusts, specially the force feedback:banghead: (wheel is too heavy) . Has anyone tried the on line mode? Do we have to pay for that?
Yes to use online Luis you have to be a plus member.

I think it's about $60.00 US dollars. I love the game and the online races.

I see that 5 of us already got the PC2. What about a race to learn how the game works?
Update.
I am having a difficulty in setting the view mode. Using the camera on the bumper, when you approach the next car in front its impossible to see the track, using the camera on the helmet i find confusing with 4 arms driving the car, the one on the hood, is too high and seems I am driving sitting on the top of the roof, don't like it. Any tips? In GT6 I use the regular camera on the dashboard, and I think this is not available on PC2

I have been using the bumper cam even though you can't see sometimes. We should try to setup a race on pc2. I really like this game so far much better than pc1.

let's do that.

That's 4:30 Pacific and Yes, I'll plan to be there. Thanks 'olBoy,, let's cross our fingers we can get in. I'm in process of getting underway with the Career, did the first phase of karts, then jumped to the little Ginetta with "0" settings changes - too cool! I'm not going to buy the add on's as I'm still not convinced I can or want to divide my time between GTS in a couple of weeks and PCars2 so will just stick with what's available in the first phase DLC. I'll have to check and see if I have the GT4 but I believe I've already tried that car at Fuji. "IF" I did it sounded super and drove even better with the default set up. I've done nothing with the G29 and as far as i can see it works fine,, but who knows,, there may be something I need to do with it that will make it even better. One of the new friends (friend of Stewy and Zona) I met a couple days ago in PC2 is having terrible shaking issues with his G29 and so far hasn't found a solution. Hopefully he'll find what's causing it and can get his game to work. I'll add an edit here to let you know I have the car.

EDIT: I find I do have the Ginetta G55 GT4 so hoping that's the right car. Going to take it fr a spin and see how I do. See you gents for Geezer Rac'n in just about an hour!
