Going to have a crack at Mots TT tomorrow.

You can fully tune the car Stewy but it still not very seaworthy. Raise the front end (lower the rear) for better turning. I think I set the diff at 6 8 8 -- 2,2 2,2 7,7 -- zeroes for the camb and toe, 7/5 brakes for the suspension. I think the transmission was: reset, then minimum speed, set the final to 4300, use the typical 1st and 6th gear settings, space the other as usual, then move final to the lowest number. I haven't purchased a wing yet but that might help.My best so far is only 1.36.300. lost all details for GZR account so doing it on normal account.
Update, time is now 1.34.840. Slippery beast like driving a boat.
Do you want me to send a refund check or, I can arrange to let you win for half off next week? Many thanks to Pepper for hosting this afternoon, it was fun so i will be back for more next week,
I want my money back that i paid you for letting me win which did not happen, HaHA.

Welcome aboard! We have a Geezer race room open every Saturday morning 8:30 Eastern time. We'd love to see you join us. We race 3 or four races - as clean as we can with an occasional bump mostly unintentional. P. MallardHello fellow Geezers, I can't believe I found you guys. I joined early in the year and I don't know if it's because I'm dumb or not but I can never find you guys. I only found this because I spotted a notice that Geezer 1791 mentioned me in a post and I followed it. I see you guys a lot and even have a couple of you as friends and chasing your ghosts have left me feeling my age a lot but it's still good fun. But the drama is I still get nowhere, so if you put me on the right track it would be much appreciated.
Keep up the good work and if you see me on the track it would be real nice to lift those bloody old right feet a bit.![]()
Although the Dino handles like a dream, I tried but I'm struggling alot with the 400pp event. Ohh well,, it is what it is.. Now, any ideas for the TT at Apricot for the Motts GZR run? We're pretty much set with few that meet the GZR '69 and older req's but we can run it I think with the 2D or 2J can't we? I really like the two "elder" Nissans, but they're way newer. For the Mots event at Tsukuba, use the Ferrarri Dino. Completely stock, with or without oil change but you can change the brake balance. Ok, did some checking and see I overlooked the fact the Apricot event has to be 1980 or newer, 2WD Race Car. Well now,, that opens the door for quite a few sweet hotrods we could use - BUT - don't we Geezers try to be just a leetle bit different than the norm? With that in mind I'm proposing we drive a car we seldom see on the track,, the Jaguar XJR-9 '88. It is 1,980,000 credits. In default "as purchased" trim it is 680pp, 749hp. I'm proposing we drive this car - with no visit to the Pit Service - take it directly to the track (driver options to be OK) for the first leg of the MOTTS GEEZER TT. I got a new one - went to Apricot in the TT room in my duce account and lap 3 put silver credits in the bank. Some of you HOT SHOE GEEZERS just might nail a 1:11 GOLD with the default set up 👍👍. WSY? (what say you).
Awritte then (visualize Jim Carey in Pet Detective👍) We've heard from 4 (actually it's 5 if we add myself) Geezers who agree,, the Jag will be our 700pp event entry. We'll run it as described to the 2 week from finish point then it's Katy Bar the Door - it will be full tune, everything the event will allow and see what we can do
,, GL all we elders!! 👍👍
We enjoy your company Stewy, and glad you've returned.Send your letter mate, i come in on Saturday only because i miss you other geezers that i don't see on ps4.
Games are better on ps4 as well as well as the fact you can talk to your mates at the same time as they are playing a different game.

GT 6 has been pretty stable for the last few months. Certain players seem to get disconnected, but only occasionally. I'd buy a ps4 and a game if I knew which one would afford the enjoyment we now have with GT6. Project Cars seems to be the only game that you can race with "friends only". However I also understand the wheel setup is not very friendly, but is very important. Am I missing something? What other game would be viable? P Mallard
It will be a Thrustmaster, but since I have no plans to migrate to another game, I may wait for the new Thrustmaster wheel. We can revisit the wheel issues this Saturday. What wheel are you going to use on ps4 mate, i tried the G29 then the Thrustmaster T300 rs.
Thrustmaster wins hands down and works with all games that i have tried.
I'll be out of town this Saturday, so I can't host a room. Hopefully someone can fill in. Duce had suggested the award car (Citroen GT) from the current 700 pp race event. It understeers quite a bit. I used it in the event where we win it and passed all the cars, so it's driveable. If I have time tonight I'll test one of the chassis tunes they offer in the suspension screen. P Mallard
