Maybe I will, but I'm getting pretty rusty with the DS3..

Btw, were you the one asking about Blaze's tyres during the race? Cuz I had no idea who was asking :)

Yep lol. I said it was Jamman :D

Plus the other guys who had mics on (cj, Mike, golfer and tissimo) weren't near Blaze so I thought at the time it would be easy to tell who was asking :)

Is anyone else watching the 6 hours of Imola right now? 45 minutes in and Bourdais is leading in the no.7 Peugeot followed closely by Fassler in the no.1 Audi. Traffic is a nightmare.

I was delighted with my unexpected win yesterday. Had a battle with Jamman early on before he went off at Lesmo 2. Jake was 5 seconds ahead and with his bad tyre wear, I caught up. We had a great battle too but my tyres were much better and I built up a 12 second gap for my one and only stop. Put 25 litres of fuel in and resumed my lead. I was not the fastest out there but the most consistent and I somehow managed to build a 38 second gap. I have to give credit to Johny for an awesome transmission setup. :)

Then I won't be participating, lol... :D

Btw, golfer, I completed more laps than you... does it mean I should get points too? :sly:

errr I think so. If we do what we did in my tyre challenge last sunday then Jamman left to commentate so I gave him fourth since no one could rival him

Evryone was talking, couldn't hear it... I was expecting you to scream or something, lol... :D

Anyway I've come to a conclusion. The tyres are a lot more important in rain than in dry. As you know by now it wasn't my intention to stop twice but it paid off. I think the best plan in hindsight was 2 stopping but we all just kind of copied each other lol. When I had fresh rubber at the end I was catching MU at 4 seconds a lap and managed to catch Jake after going in to the pits far behind him. This is all in hindsight though as I said and "if" is the most used word in racing. Just thought it was interesting no-one thought of this in the race as it could've made them a lot of ground :)

my pink suit was like proper pink. None of this white rubbish you've got going on here

lol. Well, bombe seems to like it. Keeps calling me Barbie. :p

If I had a completely pink suit then I would wear that. How do you guys feel being beaten by Barbie lol?

I've noticed something with the spreadsheet. It says Blaze got the fastest lap of 1:51.239. I got a 1:51.0xx at the end. I remember seeing it and saying it on my mic  :irked:

@bombe, you like my avatar? :D

When you wear a pink suit and drive a pink Cobra... then you're automatically Barbie driving around in her little pink toy car.

Besides, I have finally gotten the helmet, so now I can't be beaten, lol...

I just decided to take and show some random pictures. Don't ask me why :D

The start

Vision is awful

First corner was very clean considering the conditions

Mike led a train of cars through Ascari.

I don't know why everyone was complaining about spray

And as you can see from this onboard view from me the bad vision was being greatly exaggerated.

These are all just from lap 1. As I said I just did these randomly for something to do. I might do some more later depending if I can be bothered lol.

Remember to put them in the group. I was thinking that if you (any of you) take a lot of photos from Monza, create a new thread in there, because the loading time would be very long if all photos are placed in the same thread from all races.

I'd like to join this for next race- Laguna. I'd like to use the Toyota. Previous lap times there were in the 1:15's and 1:16's with 1:14.8 being the best.

Me Thinks someone did some corner cutting......

Me Thinks someone did some corner cutting......

Nope. He was hit from behind, Senna was sliding alomost sideways down the straight and when he got it straight again he was hit from behind by Mike, who was hit by the GT-ONE etc... no one cut :)

guys, how is it that the GTP Bronies thread that started in early april THIS YEAR has just shy of 5,000 posts yet we have just shy of 700? tbf, the Bronies are amazingly organized. They have shared youtube and photobucket accounts and stuff. During the week I am going to loose my virginity by watching my first ever My Little Pony episode. Friendship is magic

I could probably find a picture of everyone cutting a corner. It was very hard. Just unlucky the 908 is the one infront of camera here. Very hard to stay on the road.

My Little Pony... bronies...

Yes I have secretly been brainwashing you into liking them with my profile picture. No idea where Bronies came from. They all call the programme MLP. Its kinda cute. Can't wait to watch my first episode. It will be cute, cudly, pony and awesome.

Also, I am redisgning my signature after I discovered how out of date it was (it has Eco-friendly race series which is from march and is now the questionable regulations Tyre Challenge and also the trade count is wrong). As you can see I have a few things in my sig but need something to fill it up. I have a driver quote which I will add now. Any other suggestions?

bombe, you will be pleased to know that I have managed to succesfully add the driver quote

I already noticed. Now my wise, wise words are going around the globe. Thank you very much.

I tried to add a moral but ran out of characters. So now, all of my 700 posts carry your words. Albeit, just about all of them will be long ago posts

All you need to do, is create a link to my GTP profile where you wrote my name, lol :D

Btw, I told you all how the weather at Monza could be compared to the Danish weather. FYI, Saturday we had some of the worst (most powerful?) rain in the country's history. Most of the capital (Copenhagen) is flooded... I feel that I should have been prepared.
