currently, I see little point in putting my name down for a car since the regulations ahven't been announced so I will announce my car after the regs have been decided. Looks like Mike is doing the same so:

im not telling you the regs till i feel like it. if your going to pick your car based on hp , then go away..


on any track i can do a lap times with these cars all within 1 second of each other excluding the 01' audi and the R10. and a couple of tenths gap is easily fixed with some extra weight. When you stop whinning over nonsense then i will have interest to continue on with s5

I'm trying to work out the message of that video. Is it that if I was running it, I'd set the regs, enforce them and then knock everyone off track while clearly favouring my own team?

Come on at least give me a try. I'll run it for one season.

I'm gonna drive a little bit tonight. See how I feel comparing the BMW and Bentley. And the gt One.

BK I have said my last regarding regs and such. I hope the HP doesn't go over 700 though, but your decision.

Edit: hope some of you join me! Lol at golfer seriously hosting this series, what a disaster

You did a very nice job at Monza indeed! Lol :D And you know, BK is a dictator, there is no way he is going to give you anything - you'll have to kill him like they did with Gaddafi, lol :p
 
I'm think a higher HP kills the Audi and Bentley so everyone can stop complaing about performance
 
I just made sweet, sweet love to Spa Francorchamps for an hour solid in Golfer's lounge.

Religious experience.

My favorite track ever, ever, ever.

What times is everyone running there? My last and best lap was a 1'59.5, felt pretty fast, but there was probably 1 more second in it.

Edit: I was driving the Bentley and had the 60kg on, for reference to the lap times.

I think I ran a 2:02.7 in testing in my BMW, but was all over the track doing horrible. Then AS changed it to rain and left us USA folks with a wet track :( C60 Hybride sucked in the rain, and 908 was pretty good. Didn't drive the BMW in the rain though. I think I did a 2:30 in the wet. Peter was running like 2:25s in the toyota. (800hp though in wet lol)
 
I beg of you, don't up the power. More power will make the racing more chaotic, and less close, in my opinion, and I wouldn't like that, i'm sure you guys won't either.

I said last time around that 680hp was the magic number, but I was actually surprised how close the racing was with 600hp.

okok, I MAY go back on this bc I really wanna be teammates with Tissimo and I heart the V12 LMR.:dunce:

Anyone up for testing with me the next 2 days? Hope to get a couple good rooms with a bunch of you this weekend, and see what the S5 landscape looks like.
 
Is anybody interested in a race tomorrow? Like an un-official pre-season race with S4 regs? Well, if 8+ guys could show up....
