Can I suggest using strong slipstream for S5? Weak is non existent. I was behind Jake all the way up Eau Rouge and Radillon and all the way down the Kemmel straight at Spa about a car length behind him and got zero speed advantage. Literally. I thought I was playing F1 2010 again

Can I suggest using strong slipstream for S5? Weak is non existent. I was behind Jake all the way up Eau Rouge and Radillon and all the way down the Kemmel straight at Spa about a car length behind him and got zero speed advantage. Literally. I thought I was playing F1 2010 again

I haven't tried it yet, but it should be more realistic. Although I could expect PD to not be able to hit the magic middle between too much slipstream and too little slipstream.

Question is though: What's worse?

you guys find a set-up for v12 and ill be right there, i dont think ive ever done more than 3 laps at a time in the V12 soo i need to test it out

Have you tired mine? I think its outstanding even on low tires.

Theres ways of getting 58's on Spa, but you have to be perfect or you're cutting. 59's are pretty much what I've been running. With off track grip set to real, I think it's a tough shot to get below the 59's.

i joined your lounge and you go UK vs USA, this is just like top gear.......... and switch it to EVOs and STIs .

hence why i left.

you may have not noticed, but i only get to play my ps3 about 2 days a week , when i'm on i'd like to get some play time in the cars i run the series with.

not to mention in your lounge i was hit head on by a stupid pace car.

That wasn't my fault that the safety car was driving backwards. Generally, if something isn't pointing the wrong way or making everyones race awkward then something has gone seriously wrong.

I've been running Spa for the duration it's been online. The first night it was out in Japanese rooms I was there, faster than any of them. I just remember how to drive the track from NFS Shift. Theres turns you can take differently than what seems possible. I'll say the long slow right hander is a key to picking up time. I'm not trying to brag though, but 59's aren't easy, 58's are nearly impossible.

I'm getting online soon to try out the track again, if anyone here has it please invite me as a friend, or I'll just be in public rooms taking over.

I think did a 2:00.3 in a stock Bentley so 59's are possible. Audi seems to be at a slight disadvantage here.

Well yeah, if a stock Bentley is just as fast as a tuned Audi then its at a disadvantage. Compared to the rest its a little bit faster but GT-One + Speed 8 are at least 5 tenths faster.

No I didn't. That was Seb cutting the final chicane. 1'59 flat is impossible without cheating in the Audi. Best I got was a 2:00.2.

EDIT: He also crashed while doing it but still gained enough advantage to cheat to victory.
