Still braking to late for the first corner.
And forgot to save a lap which was 0.3 faster at S/F with a busstop fly -by that was propably a 1 in a million :(
Not a good day,better luck tomorrow...
 
First few laps. I like the car, puts the power down nicely. It really emphasises how nice the GT6 aero model is in the bus stop.

Awesome second split :eek: Are you taking a wider line through that long right hander after T1 or do you hit the apex right at the rumble?

I take a wider entry and apex about half way on the rumble, exit in 3rd gear.

will have no excuses this week. it's not a track I know, but I have more time than normal this week and won't be relying on a banzai run at the end this week.
2 secs at line after a 20mins with wheel, was done at nighttime though and didn't bother to change it, made an interesting change , never sure if this is faster but somehow it feels more immersive.

I'm finding it super-difficult to drive these powerful cars with the DS3. I can modulate the throttle and steering, but not at serious pace :indiff:

Have you tried short-shifting on the slower corner? The car has massive power and torque, so it really comes in handy.

Just a bit faster at T3, but almost 0,7s at the line (bus stop sucks way less than previous lap).
 
I think turning up ABS helps in turn one. Helps keep me stay under control with heavy braking. On my best lap I set ABS to 8. Maybe it was a fluke, but it seemed to help me.
 
After my 3rd session:

...for a .2 gain at the line :) I've also seen a .332 in T3, but I screwed bus stop and was exactly .022 slower at the end of the lap... Next session tomorrow. 👍
 
I tried for a good 2 hours last night and the only lap that I felt was fast enough to post splits for (1'03.924 at T3) is too questionable in the bus stop. :grumpy:

Because restarting is such a pain with the slow starting speed, I did 2 30-lap stints. :D

Will try again tonight. 👍

If I dont get chance to run again I'm going with these splits. Seen some 1'03.4's but as normal I fluff the bus stop up.
I know this lap is nice and clean.

I just cannot get the car to behave the same way for a complete lap. No idea what I am doing wrong.

It took me around 90 laps:crazy: to only go a few tenths faster at T3:

This one has an average bus stop. I had a 1'03.521 and stuffed it trying to bring it home...Will be looking to match or beat that for my submission.

EDIT: I was having problems with visibility so I set the time to 11am and then went into the options menu and turned Exposure (Brightness) up to +1.0 and it looks just as bright as the non-time-change track. 👍
