Damn! ... I just took my pedals apart and gave them a good clean out, 30 mins later and everything nice and clean and put back together and I decided to let the wife test it and it's doing it still the same with the throttle hitting 80% and stuttering losing lots of speed it's terrible..

Anyone else with this issue? is it the car as I remember similar when I had the issue the last time? seemed like it was certain cars? sorry if i'm babbling on here! anyone else having throttle stuttering issues on this car?

Had the same problem with my G27.
I switched the brake wires with the clutch pedal if I recall it right.
Less pressure with braking but back to 100%.

This car was built for speed and using speed is your greatest ally. Turn early for the corners and let the car drift. Use the brake sparingly and let the active aero on the car help slow you down instead. Don't be afraid to coast a little.

I may have become a little obsessed with this one. Just ran a 42 lap session in which I just couldn't get a good lap in. I managed to lower my time, but it was on a lap where I messed up the final two sectors.

Still getting more red laps than clean, but at least my clean laps are getting faster. If you take away the frustration caused by the red laps then this is a very enjoyable combo!

Other than B.B. adjustments, anyone played with some of the tunes? My best times are when I run very high LSD settings for both front and rear.

Front: 50/50/50
Rear: 60/60/60

Is that weird or what?

I never knew LSD adjustments were allowed in this combo? maybe I'm wrong but I'd get a second opinion on that ;)

Personally day one I make sure all is at default by hitting all the return to default buttons, then I never look in there again.

  • Tuning: No Tuning Allowed: Power and weight are to be stock
We can help you with tuning on a wrs tuning combo next time 1 shows up ;)
 
@moeom Only settings you should touch are the ones you can change on the MFD. Traction control, brake balance and torque distribution when available.

Edit: Sorry, already been pointed out. Good job you mentioned it though. I ran stickier tyre for 200 miles once. Thought I was godlike! :lol:

Here’s an update loving this combo and loving the high speed drifting. I got around 500ths in my pocket on first 2 sectors just can’t seem to string that ultimate lap together. The combo is satisfying and frustrating at the same time

Great splits coming in guys! 👍 I wont be running this again so I expect my name falling down the leaderboard like a bag of spuds falling down the stairs :D I wont be a no show in the results though.. so fill your boots! :lol:

First run at this, first time driving this version of the track even, wasn't sure how I'd like it before going into it but was pleasantly surprised and I really enjoyed it, just kept knocking off laps without realising. It will be interesting to see how I do on this one with the motion sensor on the controller.

I think there's at least 2s in there if I manage to put a lap together. I'd say I probably had about 6 clean laps out of 32 and watching the replay it definitely did not look like I was in control of the car.
This was about as close as I got to the walls on that particular lap:

Just walloped my first three sectors then made a complete pigs ear of the final sector losing 500ths as I panicked realising the lap I was having. Otherwise I’m happy with progress

As per note from @Ph1sh no tuning allowed other than those option that come up in your in race hud BB, TC etc ;)
 
Oh well slap me silly. Will need to run this again. For some reason I thought it was allowed. Times below are are in place to go down the board. Will update when I run again.
