This track really surprised me at how good it was, looking forward to a TT at a different layout..

Good luck everyone :gtpflag:..

If it weren't for that goofy jump it would be one of the better tracks in the game. It has good rhythm with the high speed cambered corners which seem to shoot you through them.

I submitted mine on Saturday. I'm hoping my S3 pays off. I can beat my times for S1 and S2, but the ghost driver leaves me in the dust at the final hairpin of S3.

Got any tricks up your sleeve?

The jump does spoil it, not really keen on the loop either, but the flow in the rest of the track is great, I know the track has been in the game since GT5, but I seem to have just avoided it, shame really..

As for my lap, I know I've left a tenth in t1 (I mess up the up hill right hander) and I lost 3 tenths in the loop (my line is too low) but, for once I'm happy with my t3, and I beat my personal goal by 3 tenths overall.
Expecting a nice chunk of negative handicap this week... who knows, maybe even a promotion to D2 silver :nervous:..

:)

Good luck 👍

I am not sure if I should submit that lap. Don't want to risk a penalty for a tenths of a sec in the end. Is this still OK (I'm sure not to have gone out any further before) Is this still on track?

I like to set whole numbers as my personal goal and if you do the same and you're 3 tenths quicker...on my.

If that section of curb is clean, then so long as you're not fully in the dark red, you're clean. But that section of dark red is the same distance from the road as the blue and white curb.

the first is a little more on the line it's the ankle of the 2nd. Little unsure if I should take the risk :scared: could not find a snap outside the white line - but it's just a tenth and I'm heading for my initial handicap not trying to go D1
Edit: in the first pic the front wheel is already on curb

Last posted splits lap entered and accepted... Thanks to @MadMax for the great combo. Had a blast and as usual with all the WRS events, learned a little something. Good Luck everyone!

I'd say the second picture is clean, the first however, I'm not sure...

My understanding is the white line is track, and two wheels on the white line is clean. My understanding could be wrong....

The first is hard to tell, but the 2nd he's in the curb.

Yeah I think the second is definitely clean but the first is down to whether white line is or isn't track. I want to be clear on what is and isn't clean, so hopefully @EDK or @Gravitron can help us out.

That one tenths isn't worth a penalty to me... Haven't been my best first 2 sectors neither.
Still some time left to improve, but for now I'm already pretty happy with the last I submitted. Just knowing there is some time for me to get.
Thank you for your opinions!

Some of my best times through the loop have been a low/high/low tact, which spits me out pretty well clear of the danger zone before the jump.

After a few sessions over the weekend no improvement for me.
Submitted & accepted with the current splits.
Looks like this week just isn't for me. Hopefully next week will suit me better.

Very marginally quicker at T1.. & over the line.. dropped a few 1000's in T2..

42.333
1'05.733

Very enjoyable combo..

Submitted, accepted. Should have given this more time, but well. Did really badly at the races on Sunday too :indiff:

Final session again with A PB. I had to check the replay carefully but it was clean even used the Datalogger to check for hickups but couldn't find any :nervous:

42.091
1'05.241

@Meister Fetz They're both clean...as long as that's as close to getting onto the red-and-white as you got. Some of us who check replays will try to get all the frames (approximately 60 per second) to be sure.

I think I'll be submitting with these splits since I have perhaps my best S3 ever on this track going back to GT5:

42.702
1'05.669

I've flirted with 1'05.4 at the second split, but couldn't keep it together.
