GTPEDIA not downloading on my phone

Ok, so I bought GTPEDIA this moring and I wanted to get the e book version on my phone. I downloaded it and it says "cannot open file". Am I doing something wrong?

Is It from the play store if so I did that and now it asked for an access key

It should be pre-installed on your phone. If not, try getting another PDF-reader from the Play Store, like OfficeSuite 7 (which is free).
