LOL...xD You should probably use these banners, xD

lol, I'll update once I'm done with your map.

Also, how are we gonna test the cars?

1 full lap, then rolling start time attack?

Or start race, and standing start?

Well, when timing yourself from a checkpoint other than the syart, you should line up right before the checkpoint and GO at a total time ending in :00 so once you cross the end point you can easier calculate how long your sector time was.

Hmmmm according to Hot Version Vol.84(Touge GP 2006). At Gunsai, Tsuchiya & The Amemiya FD3S did the new sector timing section(At the battle sector straight-away until the tight corner from the 2nd high-speed corner before finish line) from a standing/rolling start(he did a mix of both in the runs), but it can be for both Full Lap/Testing, Rolling & Standing.

If it was the old sector timing section(the one where it would start in-between the long bending mid-speed right corner up-to the tight corner), it definitely be during the Full Lap/Testing & not a Rolling & Standing start.

We started with a GT-R. Add $50,000 carbon ceramic brakes designed by Brembo and 20" lightweight Volks designed specifically for this car. Then we added custom differentials to the front and rear to put down the extra ponies provided by a reworked engine smoother. The engine breathes better and revs higher as a result of our modifications, and has a monsterous growl fit for the king of V6's. Then we threw on an Amuse R1 suspension kit that's stiffer than anything else available for the street, and threw on super sticky Bridgestone Potenza RE070's with a slightly redesigned tread for the wide track of this car. And then, we threw away some of the unnecessary weight by removing the spare and replacing some panels with expensive carbon. We however did not touch the glorious stock gearbox of the GT-R as we were able to outperform the optional close-ratio box. This is our result: the ultimate streetable GT-R, comfortable on the street and a monster on the mountain pass. Enjoy.

What sort of full lap time will be posted by these MAX class cars at Eiger ? 1:08.xxx ? 1:06.xxx ? My current entry, R33 GTR Hosaka on page 29 could do 1:08.xxx online ... I am currently tuning for my next season MAX class ( stage 2 weight reduction ), 5 cars already tuned, all FR, 3 with supercharger and 2 NA engine. One of them could do 1:06.xxx online :D, still breaking in, might get into 1:05.xxx.

Going to tune more FR cars for MAX :)

I shold be posting my entry in the coming days as it's nearly complete. Just some gearing to figure out for mid corner acceleration.

I've managed some sub 1:05 full laps with my Max Beast, but still need to work on it as there are some issues with the handling. Having real problems with the S-Curve immediately following the timed section, mainly due to needing to brake before the sector marker due to the weight of the car and its insane speed...:lol:

Does that time using a car with stage 3 weight reduction ? Is it FR, MR or AWD ? NA or forced induction ? What sort of power and weight ? I am running 1:06.xxx with a stage 2 weight reduction, NA engine FR, 700+PS, 1400+kg. Another car with similar setup, FR but supercharged and stage 3 weight reduction could consistently do 1:05.xxx but it will break the Touge rules of stage 2 max reduction.

Right now I am in love with Supra 3.0 Turbo A '88 capable of 1:08.xxx and a good ol' muscle car that could muster 1:07.xxx online ( still with stock 4 speed :D )

The S curve after the tunnel needs slight dab on the brake while turning into the right edge of the road quickly, most of my MAX cars can do it at close to 100 mph and reaching a top speed of close to 130 mph before braking hard for the last continuous curves that leads to the finish line. The top speed before the 1st corner and the big sweeper after the bridge should also be close to 130 mph ( nerve racking without ABS )

@Ridox the car only has stage 1 weight reduction as that is all that was allowed for season 1.
It's an AWD that has 956HP and weighs 1807kg.:D

If I want to enter a tune,I can use up to Stage 2 Weight reduction, no carbon hood and no window weight reduction, right? That's at least how I understand it.

I am guessing an Audi or a Merc :D and that is insanely fast for a such a tank, even with close to 1000HP :dunce:

No. In season 1, (which is going on right now, and has no more space for entries.) Each part is allowed except for weight reduction stages 2-3.

Now, for season 2, you're allowed to use stages 1 and 2.

Just made a video of timing section. :P

Nice. Anyways, have you seen the other entrants for MAX that needs testing?

-rob's GT-R
-HaoleHatingWRX's Impreza?

They're both on the previous page.

Oi Tak, whatever happened to you "spicing up" my FC? I didn't turn your offer down, you know? :p I just joked about it making me look like a fool if you make it faster.

I was curious about the Viper ACR I raced before together with Takumi, it seems to be very capable of fast times, so I bought one, put some bolt on parts, I did flat 1:05 still with full weight and lots of side ways action, maybe I should use this for next MAX  Very entertaining car, the insane acceleration, reaching 140 mph easily, with weight reduction, breaking in, this car could do 1:03.xxx.
