How should fights be laid out?

Anyone interested in commentary being in the series? If so, anyone interested in being one of the commentators for the series?
 
Commentary would be cool, but the music helps the epicness of the matches for me.
 
I can do decent commentary, provided that someone would edit in the resulting .mp3 file to the video.

When the video is uploaded, do you think you will be able to make the commentary as you go over it? In which afterwards you can just send me the .mp3 file and I can find a way to put it in.

Yes. It will have to be tomorrow before I can get to it though.
 
Judging from how often me and @Smurfybug 's characters held hands, I'd say that was a pretty even fight.

Also, Smurf lost to a man in a bra. :lol:
 
Ming, you gave me a brutal fight. You had me at the start, but I came back and in the end I scored the win. So now my sights are set on the Masked Marvel. Marvel, you put on a doozy of a match yourself, but you've never faced me, and I doubt you've ever faced anyone like me, and I will throw everything I have at you to win and get another step closer to the ultimate prize.
 
The AI just loves getting out of the ring, no?

Both particularly interesting matches, but nowhere as awesome as the bout Glue Man. Shame I'll have to discontinue The Angry Italian character so early in the tournament, especially with that shoddy performance.

Well, do you think that I could join this commentary session? We could do something akin to a Skype convo while watching the video in real time, for example...

Fair enough, nothing gets under the head of Maltinez either, he is a calm and confident individual who is methodical in his approach. Hardly your classic luchador, because as you've seen he prefers to bend his opponents' bones until they snap.

If our dream match does happen, it will be between two individuals who want nothing more than a showcase of their skill and to prove who is the better man. I'll be looking forward to it...

Well, round 2 ended up being shorter than I thought it would've been.
 
Well well, looks like our promised land has arrived, @RESHIRAM5... The X and Maltinez, at long last, will face one another in the ring.

What is up with the submissions in this game?!

It's really strong. Future leagues would really have submission placed higher for their stats now from what I see.

Little sad to see Glue Man get scraped out. And strangely enough: I'm rooting for Donald Thwomp being the first winners of the first matches in each round.
 
Well it was the longest match of the round, but I'd say I put up a good fight. More priority on Submission defence next go round.
 
Finally got around to watching that and holy crap. Definitely the highlight of C Block AND Round 1 overall.
 
I have to say, good job @Niku Driver HC . I didn't think my joke character would've made it past the first round, and I was right about not lasting long. :lol:
