1) get Paint.net(free and simple, gimp is also an option)
2) copy a pic and paste it on Paint.net

That looks like a truck so I'm guessing a Mercedes-Benz Fast Transporter?
 
I don't know many truck models. (actual proper trucks, not American 'Utilities' :p)

it does however, look like a Daihatsu Midget II.
