Ah I'm sorry, I didn't realise concepts weren't allowed. Bah, it was the Vauxhall VX Lightning, which lost it's pretty front end to become the fugly Saturn Sky/ Opel GT. It was also a Vauxhall design, for their centenary in 2003

Looks like an old Opel of some sort.

Looks a bit like a first-gen Opel Manta, but the issue with this is that the holes in the rear would indicate this thing is mid- or rear-engined.
