The picture is still the same and as such a reverse image search will still tell you the answer.

The only way for a reverse image search to return no results is to have the only image on the internet - ie screencap your own movie. Easier said than done, I understand. That's why we couldn't police the no searching rule and rely on trusting that you aren't.
