Remember some time ago where I made the one with Japanese track designers that wanted a track to look like a GT track? The solution to that riddle was High Speed Ring, because it's layout is fairly similar to old Fuji, and it has banked turns, the original intention for Fuji. So, how can another GT track be related to Suzuka? Midfield can due to the figure of 8 layout, but there's another: Apricot Hill. That track starts with a fast, then a slow and tight corner (like Suzuka). When you're through there, you head for a Series of S turns that end in a fast, sweeping left hander (like Suzuka). A little further ahead is a very slow hairpin (like Suzuka). Before the end you encounter a difficult chicane and another fast corner.
Bonus: like High Speed Ring was said to be some sorta twin to Fuji, Apricot and Midfield was something the same for Suzuka.
