No official list yet but they did say they would be converting some cars to Premium, plus the BMW 1 Series M Coupe has been rumoured to be added as free DLC.

I don't have the list right now... but it's three cars. It's not clear if we'll only be able to choose ONE or if there'll be one free car with an option to purchase the other two.

OP isn't necessarily asking about standard>premium conversions, they're simply asking whether DL cars will be available.

The answer is yes... tomorrow.
