I remember there were instructions in the 'Heal track, hurt track' topic, but when i review that thread the instructions were gone due to the updated Startpost.

Just write 'heal' followed by a manufacturer that you like and 'hurt' followed by one you don't. eg;

Heal: Lotus
Hurt: TVR
