I'm not sure if it was modified, I think its just an origional car. But you're thinking along the right line though.

Hint: Its not one of the well known manufacurers.

It's definitley not an Aston shooting brake, the closest looking is the Virage. It's european though I'm 99.99999999999% sure, I'll probably be told I'm wrong now.

The house has a hedge... and some artsy decor on the columns... its either "southern" or or from the refined areas of europe like england or italy or france or swizwerlan or etc...

Well the UK is classy in places but not eveywhere !!! and Im sure thats the same for everywhere else but I know what you mean!!

lol sorry that is not what i meant. I added an etc. to accomodate all european countires the reader wsihes to include. I was stating that it doesnt seem like a rich american house to me... far too little modernizing... and seems to fit in the more refined and classic tatses found in europe... Then i listed the countires i thought the car would would have come out of. Sorry if i hurt your feelings axe.

The car doesn't look like it came out of other european countries, but as usual i am prolly wrong... oh i will just shut up now... :(

Hint # 1: Only 11 were made

Hint # 2: it was made in southern europe but sold in new york.

hope this helps:mischievous:

BTW axe what does you name mean... axe forienger?

No real "meaning" The nick I've always used on computer games was Axe. When i got onto the Internet I needed a E-mail account from my provider. Axe was allready taken in numerous forms so i needed to add something. Instead of using a number or something I chose to use Gaijin. Becuase that's how I felt back then the first time out on the internet, like a stranger in a strange land. ;)

I've used it as a user name ever since.

ooo that makes me think of detamosa...

ummm the pic is gone... but as i remember it the front end seemed a bit like a detomaso deauville...

you probably clicked delete attachment or provide new attachment... I am still as clueless as ever...

late 60's to late 70's model?

Made in (probably) Italy but sold in New York indicates an Italian styling house. I'd be guessing at Bizzarrini or Iso - both of which used the Chevrolet V8. In fact the nose looks a lot like the original Iso Grifo ('68).

Maybe an Iso Fidia or Lele?

Here you go
