I hope you get the patches soon.
They are worth waiting for and have cured a lot of problems.
 
yea, it's very confusing with so many patch threads mixing PAL / NTSC info.

I hope we can just keep this thread to address US Release Dates of Patches

and, the Patch names:

2.0 / 2.01 / 3.0 etc etc etc
 
What about Canadian Release Dates of Patches
 
I too would like to know! I think this game has been executed great minus some glitches...does the patch fix the replay issue?
 
It's in the hands of sony america, spoke with Ferraripro this morning and he'd release it today if it were upto him..........Also the american servers are locked out of the European ones till the patch hits in the US. Can confirm the European patch now seems to have solved all the online issues, Sony america could have been waiting to see if all was ok regarding this so it could be with you soon if thats the case.
 
But since a 3rd patch [2.01] is now needed, what is the North American status on IT ?

will we need to wait for both to come out together ?
will they be separate ?

[understanding once S3 finishes, SONY release it / them]
 
i so badly want to play this game but cant as there is no trophy patch for US version,
i have been playin gt5p again as i have no choice, i think Sony should have published the game in america instead of activision,
the US version gets no suppory watso ever looks like, i m very pissed off :banghead:

Still waiting here myself for the NA patch. It be nice to get some kind of info on it then "soon".
 
Well, I must say... I feel like a redheaded step child. Don't understand why their releasing in the EU and not in NA. This is frustrating.

I know this will get fixed and then we'll all be asking ---- wait for it... DLC.

well, the EU customers have gotten status updates, while in the US, we are in the dark about patches 2 & 3
 
We waited a long time for the F1:CE FFB patch :grumpy: but eventually it came. :p
 
^^good to hear that but howlong can we wait for FC patch, we dont want to play the game all over again after the trophy patch:grumpy:

The US patch is about to be submitted to Sony. I'll give you an exact date for release when I have one. I would expect it to be around 2 weeks.

Sorry for the delay, however this is due to circumstances beyond our control.

thank you, but what about Patch 3 ?
or when you say "US Patch" does that mean patches 2 and 3 ?

things are not terribly clear in my opinion ....... no offense.
 
I would think Patch 2 & 3 EU is now just patch #2 NA.
I hope so. :crazy:
 
I think you will get all the patches together.
There has been three patches in the uk.

This will be Version 2.01 as officially titled by Sony and will cover everything that has been addressed in the previous two patches released to EU.
 
Hi,

When the patch is released in the US it will be a single Patch that will contain all the updates released in Europe.
