Actually, after getting spammed for over two months, I finally clicked on the link that this Jordan guy kept on insisting I visit... I've been here ever since...

...that's my little fairy tale for the day... :D

OK, I'm ignoring you! :p

Love the site, very well organized. First impression was good...healthy # of members and friendly community. Plus I saw some familiar usernames the first day which was

It was many moons ago. The great lord Micro Soft had not given the soon to be great revolutionary Jordan the powers needed to govern that which our lord had given him. Micro was slow, but violence was not the way of Jordan, and we are now free of our bonds, those of us who joined Jordan on his journey. We still have ties to the great Micro, peaceful ties thanks to the diplomatic skills of Jordan. Some liken him and his followers to Lucifer and the fallen angels, but the similarities are small. From the community of Gran Turismo, specific to the second edition thereof is from whence we pilgrims came.

Bad writing is not just a crime, it is a sin!

Of course Google was my way of finding this bloody good, well managed, updated, well designed web site. I love it, it's the best GT3 web site yet!

I was at Granturismo.com for about 5 mins untill the servers went down. I have no idea how in the blue hell I found this forum but even though granturismo.com came back up it want as good as this one. So I never bothered with it again.

I went to GT3.com(hoping it'd be about GT3, not about some guy), and there was a big link to GTPlanet.net. I never looked for another website for GT3 info since...:p
Also how I got here........;)

Gigo, if you don't mind me asking, what were you searching for (search terms) when you found GTPlanet?

Same! I must have been here fairly soon after gt3 was released... Do you have a list of when people registered?

GT3 Info.......I have no idea but it was definately GT3 related

I've only been here a few days, so i don't know any better than to ask: what's GTF and what happened to it?

I found the place through the GameSpy site, which had a link, I b'lieve. In general I give the site two real big   . There's a ton of good info here and you guys are very welcoming to new voices. Everybody with a real low post count gets a "Welcome to GTP and here's your answer" from the older hands.

GTF stand for the Gran Turismo forums, which [were] located at granturismo.com (there's some problems right now with the forums... the "forums" link is dead if you try to go there)

I used excite's search engine, and, [just for Jordan], I typed in "Gran Turismo 3", and voila! Many web pages, I judged this the nicest looking. Once I peered into the forums though, I was hooked. ;) Granturismo.com doesn't appeal to me... too many n00bs, too many "dummy" topics. I tried gamefaqs.com for a while, but again too many n00bs, though I will admit I have bookmarked the FAQs page (lots of good info there). Other than that and gtvault though, I find no need for any other Gran Turismo sites. :D

You would'nt believe it but I was actually doing a porn search on Yahoo! and it came up in the list. I forget what i typed in but somehow I found my way here.
