How do i upload my Gran turismo 4 and 5 photos to this website?

I have no expierence into this. How do i get the photos out of my memory card to my computer.

If there is an already exisiting thread, please show me and lock this thread. Thank you.

Well Lancia stratos you cant get your photo's off your memory card unless you have a card reader. The best way to go about this situation would be to save your photo's directly onto a USB Flash drive.
Then proceed with transferring files from the Flash Drive as normal.
