How do you upload custom avatars?

I dont see any option at "edit avatar". Now, is it just me or is it impossible?

Welcome to GTP, thanks for joining. The reason you can't upload a custom avatar yet is because you first have to reach 200 posts, unless of course you join GTPremium. See the FAQ section of the site for more details, and answers to any questions you might have. Enjoy your stay.

How could the number of posts possibly affect your Ability to upload a picutre of 10 KB in size? Aww too bad, I just found this one hilarious:

I just broke 100 posts, and it appears that is indeed still 200. I have no option to upload. Perhaps a retype of the FAQ?

Can I use my own custom avatar?
As long as it is appropriate, you can use any image you want for your avatar. However, you must have at least 100 posts. At that time, you can upload your avatar via the form at the bottom of this page. Keep in mind that your avatar can be no larger than 20 KB in size or 100x100 pixels in dimension!

Ahhhh, I understand now. That's the general vBulletin FAQ for our forum software. We don't write that - it comes with the package.
